One Less Dictator: Hugo Chavez is Dead!

An idiot has left this world. There is no word as to how to assess the damage that this man has caused. He probably has set Venezuela back many decades. If you do not believe that Venezuela has been set back, read what the Vice President has said. Here is what he said,

There's no doubt that Commandante Chavez's health came under attack by the enemy," Vice President Nicolas Maduro said in an address to the nation from the presidential palace. "The old enemies of our fatherland looked for a way to harm his health,'' according to Maduro, drawing a parallel to the illness and 2004 death of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, which some supporters blamed on poisoning by Israeli agents.

So basically, the enemies of the state are the reason that this moron got cancer and said good-bye to this mortal soil. Natural causes are never the reason for these dictators. Noooooo!!! It has to do with Enemies. Why would he say this? Very simple: dictatorship and creating a foreign enemy to suppress the opposition and keep the people under his own rule. This is not his game plan. He is taking it right out of Chavez’s playbook. A country will not progress politically and essentially economically when you still have activities like this. Venezuela has some interesting days ahead of it. However, the initial movement does not look too promising. As for Chavez, I am not sad that a man like him died. In my eyes, he was nothing but a lying dictator and I think the world is a much better place without him.

Dennis Rodman is Retarded

Is this guy retarded? Seriously? As an attorney, I handled a case for this North Korean Immigrant. She had lost her husband, her parents, and a lot of her neighbors as the result of the mass starvation. This starvation is man-made and it has caused thousands of deaths. On top of that, the leaders of this idiotic country are exporting their nuclear bombs to terrorist nations around the world. So, this dumb moron and former Basketball “Has Been” is calling the leader of this country “a cool guy”. What the hell is this guy trying to achieve? He wants attention? Do people like Dennis Rodman honestly think before they do anything? How could you go up to this dictator, dine with him, give legitimacy for him, and be utilized for propaganda purpose and be the cause of the deaths of thousands more? Well, what can I say, I guess he is retarded.

Hezbollah Attacks Three Syrian Villages

Remember when Israel was fighting Hezbollah fighters and the so-called “peace-loving” Left were absolutely in love with Hezbollah? Where are they now? Hello!!! Anybody there?! Hello!!!!
So, Hezbollah who call themselves protector of the innocents and the oppressed has joined forces with a group of people who is responsible for death and massacre of more than 70,000 people. There is a report that Hezbollah fighters have crossed Lebanese border and have actually attacked three villages on the Syrian side of the border that is controlled by rebel fighters. I am not surprised at all. I knew this day would come one day. This group, Hezbollah, is nothing but a terrorist group. They are not resistant fighters, they are not democratic force, and they are not a military force either. They are just bunch of Terrorists trained in Iran to conduct their dirty work. Now the Arab world who loved Hezbollah for fighting Israel should realize who their real enemies are in the region.
The funniest part is that one cannot hear a peek from the terrorist-apologists who were absolutely in love with Hezbollah. How could they justify this? For years, Hezbollah gave itself a look of a humanitarian group who wants liberate Palestine and help the oppressed. However, they have now joined forces with Assad in the mass murder of Syrians. As it is proven by its conducts, Hezbollah never really cared about Palestinians or the oppressed. They are motivated by ideology and politics. They will kill and murder as many innocent people as possible if it would ensure their existence in the region. This time, it is not the Jews who are being murdered. Now it is the Arabs themselves who helped this group at some point. Ohh the Irony!

Iranian Thugs Turning Against One Another

Iranian political scene is getting crazier by the minute. This is an election year in Iran to elect the next President. Of course, this election is nothing more than a joke. Iranian government puts forth its allies as candidate by allowing the Guardian Counsil (Majles Khobregan) to choose the people who would be running for this position. However, the craziest part is that the war between the gangs in Iran is heating up. The craziest part is that Saeed Mortazavi was arrested this week. For those who do not know this sub-human, Mortazavi is the chief prosecutor in Iranian Judicial system. He is also the judge in many of the mock trials. These trials were mostly against the protestors and the opposition in Iran. This man is single handedly responsible for torture and execution many of the innocent opposition members. He is also responsible for closing down countless newspapers in Iran. He used to be a close ally of the Supreme Leader Khamenei. However the story is getting even crazier.
There is a huge drift between Ahmadinejad and Khamenei who is the Supreme Leader. Keep in mind, back in 2009 Khamenei picked Ahmadinejad to be the president and that is when Green Revolution started in order to protest that election. However, now the drift is increasing by the minute and they are starting to go after one another. Khamenei is basically dissatisfied with Ahmadinejad and Ahmadinejad is opening his mouth and saying a lot of things that he should not be saying regarding this ruthless regime.
So, what is happening is that Khamenei and the Majles (Parliament) are turning against Ahmadinejad. Some morons are talking about the fact that this is a democratic process. REALLY? Which part of it democratic? Which side is actually elected by the people? That is by far the stupidest thing I have ever heard. There is nothing democratic in this process. This is a war between criminal gangs. This is a power struggle between the groups who see themselves as the leader of Iran. Iranian people, their safety, security, and happiness is not the question here. This is also direct result of the sanctions. It has targeted the pockets of these leaders and now they are turning against one another. If they are not making money, then why should someone else get richer?
This drift between these gangs is a very complex matter. The effects and results of it are yet to be seen. However, I highly doubt that it would be beneficiary for the Iranians. It does provide us with a glimpse of the level of corruption and ruthlessness that this government possesses toward each other let alone its citizens and of course foreign countries. At the end, call it Karma or whatever, but it is Ironic that this ruthless judge is being prosecuted by the same people that he worked so hard to protect. He sent so many innocent people to their death and now he is in jail for the same government. What goes around, comes around I guess.

Egyptian Riots Part II

Egypt is erupting again. As I mentioned before in my posts, Egypt has a very long way until it could find stability. Muslim Brotherhood (MB) is high-jacking the revolution just like the Iranian Islamists high-jacked Iranian Revolution. Egyptian opposition is trying to avoid that; however the chances of that happening are very slim if not close to none. The reason is quite simple: Mursi and MB are supported by majority of the Egyptians. There is no question about it. The opposition is trying to portray it otherwise but when it comes to Islam and political freedom, regular Egyptians would choose the religion. It is in their culture and until they live under the Islamic Rule, they will not change that mentality. MB and Mursi lied to Egyptians. They said all the right things before they grasp any power and once they came to power, they started making changes. They created this sorry excuse for a Constitution and they shoved it down the oppositions’ throat. Their main agenda is an Islamic Rule. Islamic Rule, by its true nature, is in direct contradiction to Democracy, individual rights, and of course various freedoms such as Free Speech. An Islamic Court could easily mark anything they do not agree with as blasphemy and hand down executions. If anybody has any doubt or would like to challenge me on this issue, don’t bother. Just look about couple of countries over in the region for a country called Iran. They just executed two people for robbery that did not result in death or sever bodily harm.
MB and Mursi are also connecting with other Islamic countries in the region specifically Iran. It is an uneasy development for the Opposition and of course Israel. Egyptian Opposition is worried because they think MB is going through Iranian Handbook on how to high jack a revolution and removing and killing the opposition with a straight face just like Iranian government did in the early 1980s. Israel is worried because Egypt could simply turn into a supply rout with the support of Egyptian government for terrorist activities in Gaza Strip. Israel desperately needs Egyptian cooperation on this matter.
At the end, Egyptians will be the ultimate victim of MB and their agenda for the region. It could only get worse before it gets better for the Egyptians. However, I honestly doubt that MB or Mursi are about to lose power. Whether they would give-in to Opposition demands and guarantee individual rights, is another story. However, MB and Mursi have Taghieh (which is Islamic Law on lying when it comes to good of Islam) and they could always start lying. Whether they would follow through with fulfilling the promise is another story. So far, they have used Taghieh and they have not fulfilled anything.

Death Penalty in Iran

This picture is very painful to see. The guy is no saint by any argument. However, his crime is nowhere to be executed for it. Personally, I am anti Death Penalty. I do not believe that the Court or Justice system has the ability or the right to take someone’s life away. The Justice System does have the right to take someone’s freedom but ending a life is not a power that any system should possess. Unfortunately, Death Penalty is still legal in this country, but there are countries such as Iran who are practicing Death Penalty on daily basis. I could only hope for a day where Death Penalty is abolished globally. We are on the right path and I hope it happens sooner than later.

Denying Jewish History with Straight Face

Israeli election is in full force. There is no question about it. What boiled my blood is this fake bogus outrage by the leaders of the best well-known terrorist organizations of Palestinian people. I am talking about Hamas and PLO (together) who have been outraged by Prime Minister’s act. The act that they are outraged about is the fact Netanyahu decided to visit the Kotel after he casts his vote. Really??!! Are Palestinian leadership truly claiming that Kotel belongs to them? Or are they denying Israel’s and Jewish history? I put my money on the second question to be the answer for this outrage. These people are so vicious in their views that they are denying Jewish history with straight face. And the world wants Israel and Jews to make peace with these animals? Yes I called them animals because they are purposely trying to remove over 3000 years of religion because they simply do not want it to be there. They could use these fake outrage all they want, but Jerusalem is the eternal capital of the Jewish people all around the world. Kotel is the main sanctuary for the Jews that will never be compromised. If they are outraged by this, then it shows that they are not serious about the prospect of peace. The reason is quite simple, if you cannot respect the history and claim of Jewish people to this land, there is no way in hell the Jewish people will respect you or your people or your culture. If you are sworn to destroy the Jewish people and their history, then you are bound to be destroyed by them. Why? The answer is quite clear: it is called history! I understand the Palestinian leadership has a very hard time coming to terms with history and what has happened. They have also desperately tried to re-write history from facts to fictions; but if they look closer, they will understand that their plan will not work. Abbas wrote his thesis on Holocaust Denial theories. What else do you expect from these so called leaders? And the dumbest part is that the global opinion considers him to be a moderate. Their only results for Palestinian people have been nothing but full blown disaster and as always they try to close their eyes to reality and history. Now, I will wrap this post with this quote from this terrorist leader to show their pure stupidity.

"Netanyahu is trying to gain more Israeli votes on Election Day by provoking the Muslims and soiling the holy sites," a top Hamas figure said. The Islamist group also called for an uprising in the West Bank as a result of the "recurrent provocations."

Reuniting Brothers and Sisters after 2700 Years

When I read this, I literally had tears in my eyes. After 27 Centuries (2700 years), another Jewish tribe has been discovered and this new discovered tribe has been re-united with other Israeli tribes. The tribe is tribe of Menasheh. One of the saddest parts of Israelites history is disappearance of other ten tribes. This makes us all feel that we are not lost and we still have brothers and sisters in other parts of the world. This is like reuniting brothers and sisters who haven’t seen each other for 2700 years. It is incredible that after 2700 years that we still have reuniting days like today. Here is the article from JersualmPost.com

Israel welcomes 2,000th Bnei Menashe oleh from India
This has been my peoples' dream for thousands of years," says 18-year-old Mirna Singsit upon her arrival.
Israel welcomed its 2,000th member of the Bnei Menashe community on Thursday, when a flight carrying 53 of the tribe members from the state of Manipur in Northeast India touched down at Tel Aviv's Ben-Gurion Airport.
The Bnei Menashe claim descent from one of the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel, sent into exile for more than 27 centuries. The community continued to practice Judaism by observing the Sabbath and keeping kosher.
The community today numbers around 7,000 and resides in India's north-eastern border states of Manipur and Mizoram. There are 1,725 Bnei Menashe currently in Israel. Most of the Bnei Menashe community reside in Acre and Migdal Haemek in the north of Israel.
"I'm so very happy right now," said an 18-year-old Mirna Singsit, who was presented with a certificate acknowledging her as the 2,000th Bnei Menashe Oleh. "Not only has this been my dream since I was born, but it has been my peoples' dream for thousands of years."
Singsit came to Israel with her parents and three brothers but left behind a grandparent, four uncles and two aunts. She hopes to continue her education in Israel studying for her Bachelors degree in political science. But she hopes to live in Jerusalem, "the Holiest place on earth," she said.
After a five year hiatus, the Bnei Menashe aliya program was restarted after a unanimous decision by the Israeli cabinet last October.
The aliya program was frozen in 2007 by the Olmert government after members of the cabinet, in particular interior minister Meir Sheetrit, opposed it.
Over the past month, immigrants came on five flights facilitated by Shavei Israel, a non-profit organization with the aim of strengthening ties with Jewish descendents around the world.
"This is an emotional day for all of us," said Shavei Israel chairman Michael Freund. "But we will not rest until all the remaining Bnei Menashe still in India are able to make aliya as well."

Daniel Ziri contributed to this report.

Chris Mathew is a Moron

If you had any doubt that, after watching this clip you would quickly realize that Chris Mathews is a moron. I really honestly hope that he is not blaming CIA for bad information. Wait a second!!! He really is blaming CIA. Dear Chris: as much as I am at odds with Republicans, however I do firmly believe that Benghazi was a massive cover-up by the White House and she is one of enablers. They threw Clinton under the bus because they knew she won’t be back for the second term. On top of that, General Petraeus testified in front of the congress that CIA knew what happened and they had informed the White House. On top of that, Obama Administration did not do anything about because of the Oil Deals with BP and he allowed the four people to be murdered and he just sat back and watched when help was an hour away. Rice was part of that campaign. So, Mr. Mathews, please do us all a favor and SHUT THE HELL UP!

Israeli-Arab Mother of a Soldier Speaks Out

Today, as always, I was browsing through different News Websites in a pathetic attempt to distract myself a little from work. Then I come across this article that was very uplifting. Although I know people like her are not really easy to find, but it gives me hope that there are people like this who are speaking out. In my opinion, she is a very brave woman. I know for fact that there are a lot of Arabs in Israel who feel like her, but thanks to their tolerant culture, they are absolutely terrified to speak out. Well, this lady did speak out, therefore Enjoy!

Muslim Arab mother whose son serves in IDF says PM's decision not to invade Gaza was 'brave and right.' Adds: If I was living in Gaza, I would have no rights
Anet Haskia is not the typical mom of a soldier serving in the Israel Defense Forces. A Muslim Arab, who grew up in a mixed Arab-Jewish city in the north, Haskia is breathing a little easier this week.
For Haskia, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision not to enter the Gaza Strip last week was "brave and right." The mother of three children, with a 20-year-old IDF combat soldier, Haskia told Tazpit News Agency, that "many Israeli soldiers’ lives were saved thanks to that decision. Going into Gaza would have yielded success for the Hamas terrorists. Israel did what it had to do for the time being to stop the rocket attacks and played it smart." Haskia who was born and raised in Akko, a mixed Arab-Jewish city in the Western Galilee in northern Israel, is openly vocal about her support for the Jewish State of Israel.
"I am proud to live in Israel," she says. "I am even prouder that both my sons have served as soldiers for this country. If I was living in Gaza, I would have no rights as a woman under Hamas," explained Haskia. "And you can’t expect anything different—Hamas is a terror organization, they treat people like animals with no regard to human life. They will never hold democratic elections like they do in Israel. I’m open about these truths," adds Haskia. "The Arab MKs in the Israeli Knesset don’t represent me. The extremist left-wing in Israel also doesn’t represent me and others in my community who share my beliefs. Those corrupt politicians just contribute to hate, incitement and lies. When an IDF soldier is killed in combat, not one Arab MK will stand up and offer his condolences to the bereaved family," she exclaims. "These Arab MKs enjoy democratic rights but don’t appreciate them."
Anet explains that her attitude towards the Jewish state as a member of the Arab minority country stems from the fact that she was raised in a home that "respected both Hebrew and Arabic-speakers. When I grew up in Akko, we had good relations between Jewish and Arab families. I realized early on that I wanted my children to advance in Israeli society. They studied in a private Jewish school on a kibbutz and were exposed to a different mentality. It was not an easy road, but I taught my children to always be proud of their identity and not to cry and whine like our politicians." During Israel’s Operation Pillar of Defense, Haskia did not just sit worried over what may happen to her son—the proud mom did her share to help Israel as well. "Over 12 years, Hamas has been firing rockets at Israeli civilians and all you see are photos of Gaza in the media. Some of those photos are fakes," Haskia pointed out. "I noticed many times in Arab media that 'Gaza' photos of bleeding civilians were actually photos from other Arab conflicts in the Middle East— Syria and Iraq for example. They were being used to incite hatred against Israel, so I started to post these fake photos and their origins on my Facebook wall." Haskia, however, has political ambitions as well. "I want to be part of Israeli politics some day and make a change by representing my people politically. There are many people who are too scared to speak up, who love Israel like I do and have done well here. They want a future where their children will not fall to hatred and incitement, but overcome that. I want to be their voice," she concludes.

Paris Hilton Opens a Store in MECCA?!!

Recently, I have checked-out mentally when it comes to politics. There a lot of items to cover with regards to Gaza operation. At the same time, there was the issue with the elections. On top of that, there were a lot of items to cover with regards to Media treatment of the Gaza operation. Iron Dome was a big success for Israel and Hamas has declared victory. I have no clue what they are victorious about after Eight days of fighting. However, I have no energy to tackle any of those issues. Life has become very complicated and work is becoming too exhausting to leave any energy to write anything. I lost one of my best assistances due to brain aneurism. Thank G-d she is OK, but it will be a long time until she could return to work. Therefore, I am swamped at work.

As I said, life has become very complicated. In the mist of all these, I am looking for a light at the end of the tunnel. So, I found this news item that made me laugh. Paris Hilton, the ditsy girl with a home-made porn has opened a store in Mecca. It has caused an outrage among our Muslim brothers. Frankly, as hilarious as it is, I do not blame them. Mecca is considered the holiest city according to Islamic teaching. Could you imagine, this young lady with this promiscuous past, has a business establishment in this town that is named after her? It is hard to comprehend for some people, but it is totally understandable. The fact that this young lady is even popular is contingent on the home-made porn who sky rocketed her popularity. Of course there are the occasional wardrobe maul-functions that have assisted her. Altogether, it must be very hard for Muslims to accept the fact that there is a store in Mecca called “Paris Hilton”.

Although I understand their outrage, I must also criticize it too. Muslims around the globe are too quick to be outraged when it comes to their religions. However, when it comes to their brothers’ lives, if it is not done by non-Muslims, they could care less how many Muslims die. Perfect example of it is what is going on in Syria. Over 40,000 people are dead. Where is their outrage? These people should channel these “outrages” to causes that benefit and advance their culture as oppose to only limiting it to Islam as a religion. For the time being, I thought this was hilarious.

Direct Negotiation with Iran is a Positive Development!

A lot of people are upset over the NY Times report that U.S is in direct negotiation with Iran. Let me point out that all sides (Iran, U.S, and Israel) have rejected such claim.
More than anybody, the oppositions residing in Diaspora are upset with this news. I do not understand why this is upsetting to them. I personally think it is a positive development.

There is nothing wrong with U.S in direct negotiation with Iran. I think Iran is trying to buy time, but I think that this Administration is smarter than that. I believe that by direct negotiation, U.S is giving one final chance to avoid further sanctions and possibly a war. The sanctions are biting hard. However, the sanctions are hitting Iranians too. I am not against sanctions and I believe if it could prevent war, it should be kept in place. A lot of the Iranian Government mouth-pieces are focusing to cancel these sanctions or get them lifted. I personally believe that these people are nothing but Iranian Government Agents who get paid from that deadly regime. However, at this point, there are only two choices: Sanctions or War! Take your pick.

A lot of these terrorist-apologists and propaganda-mouthpieces are against the sanctions. For these people, they could care less about Iran or the Iranian people. They claim that Iranian people are the reason why they are so against these sanctions. However, they have no clue that if Iran gets the nuclear bomb, it is the end of any hope for Iranians for a very long time. To them, the hatred for Israel is a lot more than their love for their own nation and people.

Direct talk with the U.S could prove two things. One U.S is trying to give one final chance to Iran to make things better. You could relay this in a much clear fashion when you have your opponent face to face in front of you. The message is not going through channels. At the same time, it provides the opposing party with the fact that you are reaching out to them and yet you are firm about your position. This direct negotiation provides such opportunity. You are also calling out your opponent’s bluff.

Even if Iran trying to buy more time, this Administration could design these talk to be one last chance for this government. This could avoid further sanctions and possibly a war. If this could make Iranian’s lives easier and avoid destruction of war, why would it be bad to enter direct negotiations. At the same time, it is important for this Administration to keep all options on the table before entering these negotiations. The reason is because Iranian government should know that there is a high price to pay in case these talks fail and this is their final opportunity.

Ultimately, I do not think these direct negotiations will achieve anything. Iranian government has been lying to the International Community for way too long and they have mastered global deceit and lies. They have lied so much that even they have started to believe their own lies. However, these direct talks are the last hope. These last options should be exercised before the next stage. My wish is that there is a breakthrough in these negotiations that involves Iran stopping its nuclear activity. If not, then bombs away!

Stunning Article from a Suadi Author?!

Would you believe if I tell you that the author of this article is from Saudi Arabia? And I found this article at "Arab News"? This guy basically nails it.

Abdulateef Al-Mulhim

Saturday 6 October 2012
Last Update 6 October 2012 2:53 am

Thirty-nine years ago, on Oct. 6, 1973, the third major war between the Arabs and Israel broke out. The war lasted only 20 days. The two sides were engaged in two other major wars, in 1948 and 1967.
The 1967 War lasted only six days. But, these three wars were not the only Arab-Israel confrontations. From the period of 1948 and to this day many confrontations have taken place. Some of them were small clashes and many of them were full-scale battles, but there were no major wars apart from the ones mentioned above. The Arab-Israeli conflict is the most complicated conflict the world ever experienced. On the anniversary of the 1973 War between the Arab and the Israelis, many people in the Arab world are beginning to ask many questions about the past, present and the future with regard to the Arab-Israeli conflict.
The questions now are: What was the real cost of these wars to the Arab world and its people. And the harder question that no Arab national wants to ask is: What was the real cost for not recognizing Israel in 1948 and why didn’t the Arab states spend their assets on education, health care and the infrastructures instead of wars? But, the hardest question that no Arab national wants to hear is whether Israel is the real enemy of the Arab world and the Arab people.
I decided to write this article after I saw photos and reports about a starving child in Yemen, a burned ancient Aleppo souk in Syria, the under developed Sinai in Egypt, car bombs in Iraq and the destroyed buildings in Libya. The photos and the reports were shown on the Al-Arabiya network, which is the most watched and respected news outlet in the Middle East.
The common thing among all what I saw is that the destruction and the atrocities are not done by an outside enemy. The starvation, the killings and the destruction in these Arab countries are done by the same hands that are supposed to protect and build the unity of these countries and safeguard the people of these countries. So, the question now is that who is the real enemy of the Arab world?
The Arab world wasted hundreds of billions of dollars and lost tens of thousands of innocent lives fighting Israel, which they considered is their sworn enemy, an enemy whose existence they never recognized. The Arab world has many enemies and Israel should have been at the bottom of the list. The real enemies of the Arab world are corruption, lack of good education, lack of good health care, lack of freedom, lack of respect for the human lives and finally, the Arab world had many dictators who used the Arab-Israeli conflict to suppress their own people.
These dictators’ atrocities against their own people are far worse than all the full-scale Arab-Israeli wars.
In the past, we have talked about why some Israeli soldiers attack and mistreat Palestinians. Also, we saw Israeli planes and tanks attack various Arab countries. But, do these attacks match the current atrocities being committed by some Arab states against their own people.
In Syria, the atrocities are beyond anybody’s imaginations? And, isn’t the Iraqis are the ones who are destroying their own country? Wasn’t it Tunisia’s dictator who was able to steal 13 billion dollars from the poor Tunisians? And how can a child starve in Yemen if their land is the most fertile land in the world? Why would Iraqi brains leave Iraq in a country that makes 110 billion dollars from oil export? Why do the Lebanese fail to govern one of the tiniest countries in the world? And what made the Arab states start sinking into chaos?
On May 14, 1948 the state of Israel was declared. And just one day after that, on May 15, 1948 the Arabs declared war on Israel to get back Palestine. The war ended on March 10, 1949. It lasted for nine months, three weeks and two days. The Arabs lost the war and called this war Nakbah (catastrophic war). The Arabs gained nothing and thousands of Palestinians became refugees.
And on 1967, the Arabs led by Egypt under the rule of Gamal Abdul Nasser, went in war with Israel and lost more Palestinian land and made more Palestinian refugees who are now on the mercy of the countries that host them. The Arabs called this war Naksah (upset). The Arabs never admitted defeat in both wars and the Palestinian cause got more complicated. And now, with the never ending Arab Spring, the Arab world has no time for the Palestinians refugees or Palestinian cause, because many Arabs are refugees themselves and under constant attacks from their own forces. Syrians are leaving their own country, not because of the Israeli planes dropping bombs on them. It is the Syrian Air Force which is dropping the bombs. And now, Iraqi Arab Muslims, most intelligent brains, are leaving Iraq for the est. In Yemen, the world’s saddest human tragedy play is being written by the Yemenis. In Egypt, the people in Sinai are forgotten.
Finally, if many of the Arab states are in such disarray, then what happened to the Arabs’ sworn enemy (Israel)? Israel now has the most advanced research facilities, top universities and advanced infrastructure. Many Arabs don’t know that the life expectancy of the Palestinians living in Israel is far longer than many Arab states and they enjoy far better political and social freedom than many of their Arab brothers. Even the Palestinians living under Israeli occupation in the West Bank and Gaza Strip enjoy more political and social rights than some places in the Arab World. Wasn’t one of the judges who sent a former Israeli president to jail is an Israeli-Palestinian?
The Arab Spring showed the world that the Palestinians are happier and in better situation than their Arab brothers who fought to liberate them from the Israelis. Now, it is time to stop the hatred and wars and start to create better living conditions for the future Arab generations.

"Free Gaza" Movemnt or KKK?

Who said being “Anti-Israel” is being “Anti-Semitic”? Who said being “Anti-Zionist” is “Anti-Semitic”? The answer is “I DO”!! Let’s presented exhibit A: the “Free Gaza” movements in deep poo these days. Their leader, Greta Berlin, “accidently” showed her true feelings about Jews. This vile sub-human showed her Anti-Semitic personality when she tweeted

“Zionists operated the concentration camps and helped murder millions of innocent Jews.”

The movement is in damage control mode. However, as much as they are trying to justify this, the facts on the ground are the perfect evidence to the contrary. These movements are inherently Anti-Semitic. The reason is quite simple: they simply do not recognize the right of the Jewish people to live in Israel. At the same time, they have not condemned the terrorist groups who openly vow to “throw the Jews into the sea” or their whole ideologies are grossly “Anti-Semitic”. These groups have never addressed what sort of future they envision for the future of this land. Most of the rhetoric that they use is a simple transformation of the slogans and baseless claims of the Nazis by replacing the word “Jews” to “Zionists”. They conduct the similar tactics and attacks against Jews. Of course, tweets like that simply provide us with a brief glimpse of true feelings of these people and groups by make things more clear.

This is the inherit nature of these groups. They are simply “Anti-Semitic”. They are fueled with hatred of Jews and Israel. They cannot stand this Jewish nation. Most of the sponsors of these groups are Islamic and Muslim Centers. The simple fact is clear: they cannot and do not accept a “Jewish Homeland” in what they consider to be a “Muslim Land.” The concept of this Jewish nation existing is a simple psychological torture for these groups. If you look into their members, most of them are Muslims. If you look into their chain of command and/or their fiscal support, most of it comes from Islamic centers or countries. Yes, there are occasion Liberal Jews (who love to scream very loudly) among them too that provide them with a beautiful false “peaceful coexist” bumper sticker to mask their hateful purpose. I have said it before and I will say it again: During Nazis there were Jews cooperating with the Nazis. Jews come from a background were self-criticism is encouraged. Throughout history, we have always had those people. However, it does not mean that the message they are sending is not “Anti-Semitic” simply because there are some so-called Jews among them.

At the end, I am going to wrap up this post with a video from the previous Flotilla that this vile sub-human organized. Their member scream at the Jewish soldiers: “shut up, go back to Auschwitz”.

Pictures of Mass Starvation in Gaza!

If you read the Pro-Palestinian and Terrorist Apologists website, there is no way that you would not see an article about how the Gazans are starving and it is caused by Israel. At the same time, you will also view comments after comment about how the Terrorist Groups in these areas are Freedom Fighters fighting for the Palestinians. However, somehow the pictures tell a much different story. Here are some of the pictures of these poor starving Gazans. They truly break your heart. (Thanks to Israellycool)

Let's Begin with their vehicles:

As you could see, they are incredibly old. They must be at least six months old. So heart-breaking! Quick Human Rights Group: pass a resolution condemning Israel for this!

More old vehicles! Seriously how could these Gazans live like this?!

Seriouslly! Since Gazans are starving so badly, no wonder they have such old vehicles. These Freedom Fighter groups are spending every dime to help Gaza's starving children to eat some food.

Hey, no wonder the Americans are not listening to Gazans! That's because their communication tools are so out-dated! Quick Human Rights Groups: put out a report portraying a causal relationship between Israel and lack of communication in these territories and how it contributes to Gaza's plight and mass starvation. Come Human Rights Groups, you are falling behind, are you being taken over by Zionists?! Hurry!! Gazans are dying from starvation!!

Seriously, what kind of gun is that? That gun is so old that I have never even seen it anywhere and I have military experience and some weapon training. Poor Gazans: no wonder they are starving, that is because they cannot defend themselves with these old outdated guns.

Gazans have such old weaponry due to the fact that they live in a concentration-camp type of setting that is copied from the Nazis. I am sure the Jews in Ghettos had guns just like this. Oh wait! Holocaust never happened!! Strike that comment!

Gazans live in open-air jail caused by Israel. In this jail, weapons like these are allowed to simply provide food for the starving children. Quick Human Right Groups: condemn Israel for not letting more weapons like these to help the starving people of Gaza. Every jail should allow weapons like these since Gazans live in such a horrible jail.

Hey, what kind of rally is it without showing bunch of starving children?! Despite all Gaza's struggle that is caused by Israel, Gaza is setting up amazing educational programs that uphold and promotes peace. They also denounce violence when it comes to younger crowd. Do not look at the military outfit of this little kid; he lives in such a horrible condition that there were not any cloths available for him to wear, so one of the militants gave him his uniform to make sure he has something to put on. Now that is what you call a true man!

Yup! The Children are the future, let's invest in them wisely.

Everything I wrote up there is actual talking point of every single Pro-Palestinian Groups.

Political Maturity Could ONLY be Found in Iran

During these dark times, it is hard to find a voice of reason. It is also very hard to find reason behind something that happened. The biggest irony is that I found the answer I was looking for in a unlikely venue. I have been following the news about the recent Muslims being insulted because someone posted a YouTube video that depicts the Prophet Mohammed in a demeaning fashion. Although I personally do not believe that one should insult another person’s religion especially when it is done in such a malicious way to actually incite religious feelings of millions of people, as an attorney I do not support any movement that would infringe on the 1st Amendment Rights of the United States Constitution. However, the reaction from the Muslim world has been nothing short of barbarianism. Chocking the U.S diplomat to death and then dragging his lifeless body in the streets is absolute barbarianism. It lacks reasoning and logics in every angel that you look at it. Of course, many of the countries in that part of the world are not too friendly with logics and reasoning. They are driven by something metaphysical reasoning that involves either religion and/or conspiracy theory. It is always Americans or Zionists’ faults. I will not go into detail to characterize what happened because the pictures simply speak for itself.

However, I found something that blew my mind away. I actually found it in BBC Farsi on the discussion board. If you want to find mental maturity, you need to read that forum. I am truly proud of how sophisticated and intelligent these comments are when it came to their response to the situation in the Muslim countries. Keep in mind, these guys are Iranians and they are Muslims and they live under a so-called Islamic Regime. There was one particular answer that shocked me. The answer said,

Have you paid attention that these protests happen in backward and dictatorship countries do you know why? It is because these people think in U.S, just like their totalitarian country, makers of a film must first get permit for making the film from the government. After making the film they should go to ‘ministry of education’ to get permission to show the film, and then finally publishing the film. Then they tell themselves “why did this movie get permits to be shown?” They really do not know that the U.S is not like their country where the totalitarian government would even control their sleeping rooms. They make fun of all religions and not just Islam”

This answer nailed it to the bone. Honestly, I have not found a better answer than this anywhere. I have seen a lot of stupid responses from both sides such as “this is a chance for these masses to show their discontent with the U.S foreign policy.” This is was the typical Leftists response that blamed the U.S for everything and it almost made me puke. I believe this Hamed guy nailed it. These people are raised under an environment that everything is controlled by either religion or government. Islam in itself is like that. Look at Islam at its core, Prophet Mohammed was the leader of the religion, leader of the country, leader of the armed forces, and his way of life should dictate how every Muslim SHOULD AND MUST live their lives. As you could see, everything is controlled. Freedom and Free Speech is simply a foreign concept for these people at this point. These regions do not have the political maturity.
It takes years for these countries to abandon this train of thoughts and the only way that could happen is when the concept of “Separation of Church and State” is implemented in the countries in the region. For the time being, do not be shocked to see more similar pictures in the near or distant future.

Let me reiterate this point again: I am truly proud of these Iranians and their political maturity. Majority of the posts were filled knowledge and sophistication. In my opinion, besides Israel, Iran is the only country that has the mental maturity to support a true democracy. The comments were so intelligent and so sophisticated that they could even put a college professor in this country to shame. Kudos to these Iranians.

Shocking: Pumping More $$ is not Solving Anything!!!

I saw that clip on NBCNEWS.com and I was shocked. I was shocked NBCNEWS is the one playing it. Seriously, as if nobody ever foresees that happen?! Seriously almost a kid who has taken a simple Econ 101 would tell you that unless you have a solid plan, printing money will not solve your problem. Solid plan entails plan to cut taxes in order to allow all more cash flow to increase hiring by companies. Increased hiring will result in increase in spending since the population has more money to purchase different stuff that will result in increase in revenue for the government. Therefore, the national deficit could decrease. However, we are headed the exact opposite of this under the current administration. The Stimulus Package was supposed to do that, except it ended up wasting millions of dollars in Leftists and horrible clean energy companies with absolutely nothing to show for them. The whole argument that Economy would have been worst is nothing but a flawed argument. “It could have been worse” is never justification for lack of competence or creating competence or efficiency. We are going to print money and then increase taxes to solve our sluggish economy’s problem.

No $$$ for Terrorist-Apologist's Family

Today, Haifa District Court handed down a magnificent ruling for the death of Cindy Corrie. For those who do not know this person, she was a Leftist Wack Job who lost her life protecting the homes of the families of the terrorists who conducted suicide bombing inside Israel killing women and children. This sorry excuse for humanity was trying to protect their houses. The details of the accident vary from one side to another. She turned into a poster child for the Leftist wackos and I remember seeing her dumb picture all over Berkeley when I was in under-grad. She turned into symbol for all the Anti-Semites and Anti-Israeli campaign for accusing IDF of killing Americans. These same groups have turned a complete blind eye to all the civilians who were being murdered on weekly basis in Israel.

The legal battle quickly ensued from the family inside Israel and in the U.S. As I mentioned above, Haifa District Court handed a ruling denying the Plaintiff MONETARY Damages. The court nailed it in their beliefs as to why it was denied. The Court explained,

Judge Oded Gershon called Corrie's death a "regrettable accident", but said the state was not responsible because the incident had occurred during what he termed a war-time situation. Asserting that Corrie could have avoided danger, Gershon dismissed claims that the IDF was negligent in the incident and denied the family's suit for damages. The IDF did not violate Corrie's right to life, he said, asserting that she consciously inserted herself into a dangerous situation.

Legal Analysis:

The judge basically classified it as a “regrettable” accident. I would like to call it a “self-inflicted” accident. Since the Corrie family was suing for monetary damages, the claim they were asserting is “Negligent” and “Wrongful Death” in Torts. The first thing any 1st year law student will learn in Torts when it comes to “Negligent” is the “But For” concept. To put it in a simple format, the trier of the fact (the Jury or the Judge depending on the type of the trial) should ask this simple question: “But for Defendant’s negligent act, would the Plaintiff have suffered the damages?” After asking this question, another element to this rule is whether there are any affirmative defenses and one of the major defenses that would destroy any “negligent case” is “did the Plaintiff commit act to worsen the damages or cause the damages” and “did the Plaintiff conducted acts that assumed the risks of being physically hurt.”

Here, Cindy Corrie entered a war zone during the time that Israeli buses were blowing up in weekly basis. Israel was conducting military operation and preventive acts to ensure its citizens rights to live. Ms. Corrie was trying to defend the terrorists and their houses. Israel was simply trying to establish a concept that if you blow yourself up and kill Israeli citizens, instead of getting $50K and all sorts of rewards from the terrorist supporting groups and countries, you will lose your house. Ms. Corrie was simply trying to prevent Israel to defend its citizens. She entered a closed military zone, put herself in danger and then as a result, she ended up being sent to hell. Ms. Corrie availed herself to danger despite all the warnings from the IDF. There is no Negligent in here from IDF. Corrie is the responsible person for this death and her family should not be blaming Israel for it.
In conclusion, when you are trying to defend terrorists at wartime, it is likely that you will lose your life. I am sorry but far too many American Rachels have been killed in Israel as the result of these terrorists’ attacks. Here are the lists of the Rachels that have been killed in Israel as the result of the terrorists that Rachel Corrie was defending:

Rachel Teller, blown up in a shopping mall; Rachel Levy, blown up in a grocery store; Rachel Levi, shot while waiting for the bus; Rachel Gavish, killed with her husband, son and father while celebrating a Passover meal; Rachel Shabo, murdered with her three sons aged 5, 13 and 16 while at home.

Israel has the obligation to ensure its citizens right to live and they need to enforce policies that would prevent and deter terrorists attacks. Ms. Corrie did not have any standing to get involved in this conflict. It was not her house that was being destroyed and it did not involve her family. If Ms. Corrie did not agree with that policy, it is up to her and if she wants to take actions against it, she is assuming the risk of getting physically hurt in a military operation. Standing in front of a Bulldozer is a very stupid thing to do in a military Zone especially when the driver does not have a clear view of you. However, without entering into the details of the case, Ms. Corrie got what she deserved and her family does not even deserve a dime. Corrie was a Leftist Wack-Job and a terrorist-apologist who was defending terrorists and their activities in murdering of Israeli civilians. When you defend murderers when they kill women and children, maybe you do deserve the same faith of those women and children. Stupidity during a time that Israeli civilians were being murdered is not a claim for damages.

Russia Warns U.S not to Interfere in Syria

Russia is a gift to our humanity. I cannot stress that enough. From Soviet era to their blatant supports for dictators in the Middle East, they seem to have a very arrogant point of view. So, they are blatantly supporting the Assad Regime and they are pretty much the only reason why this regime is holding on to powers. Syrians are being murdered in broad daylight with Russian weapons, yet they are warning U.S not to interfere with the internal affair of Syria. Really?! See, these are the grandchildren of the Left who once had established the Leftist and Communist heaven for all and this current regime is the product. Now, they want to defend this deadly regime even if they do use chemical weapons. I am stunt. Sooner or later, Russia will pay for its crimes.

Iranian Pilgrims or Accessory to Mass Murder?!

So much for Iranian Pilgrims in Syria!! So the reports are coming out and they are indicating the Iranian hostages taken by the Syrian Free Army (SFA) are either members of the Revolutionary Guards (IRG) or retired members of the same group. When dictators go down, other dictators worry. Here, even a small little child knows that Iran is supporting Syria militarily. Iran is not the only one who is doing it. Russia is also supporting this murderous regime. What makes this even worse is the fact that Iran considers itself an Islamic Regime. Technically speaking, this regime should be defending Muslims since being Islamic is sole justification and legitimacy of this regime. If they are not going to defend Muslims, on a bare minimum, they should not facilitate mass murders of Muslims.

One could argue that Iran is defending Muslims against SFA (more like a terrorist-apologists argument). However, more than 20,000 have been murdered. The numbers speak for itself. These 20,000 have not been Christians, Jews, Buddhist, Hindus, or any other religion. They have been Muslims. Therefore, according to Islamic Law, Iranian government should not be facilitating these murders.

However, this is an argument that you would make to a lay person who is not familiar with the Iranian Regime. People who are involved in Iranian Government’s history know very well that Iranian Regime has been supporting deadly dictators and murderous groups throughout its entire history of existence. Syrian Regime is only small part of the Iranian Government’s crimes against the region. They have always supported murderous groups and ideologies that would simply push through their agenda. As I have always said it, what else do you expect from the government who blatantly murdered and raped its own citizens when they were simply requesting basic freedoms? Is there anybody who truly thinks that this regime would show any sympathy for the victims of Syria who are being murdered by Assad? If anybody really thought that, they should get their heads checked because this Iranian Regime has had nothing but death and destruction in its history.

15 Egyptian Police Dead: Direct Result of Propaganda

Israel is watching the South more than they are watching West Bank these days. For years, Egyptian government under Mobarak allowed anti-Israeli propaganda to pollute their airwaves to hide the short coming of the government. So, the end result ended up being a population of brained-washed terrorists-apologists. It ended up planting the seeds of hatred in the minds of its population. I have heard couple of their arguments and they are truly far from any sort of legitimate and reasonable argument. Anti-Semitism and Holocaust Denying is an accepted fact in the hearts and minds of these Egyptians and now they have turned into hateful masses. However, having this kind of population is hurting nobody except Egyptians themselves.

Today in Egypt, 15 Egyptian police were murdered. Hybrid efforts by IDF and Israeli Air Force were able to quickly and efficiently suppress the attack and kill the terrorists who were able to infiltrate Israel for a brief period of time. Israel will always have enemies who are sworn to wipe this Jewish State off the map. There is no question about it. However, what troubles me is the fact that they are willing to murder their own people, in such high numbers, just to be able to kidnap one Israeli soldier. How pathetic is your country and your culture that acts like these are not condemn by every single Muslim religious leader?

I remember when Egypt was going through its transition from Mubarak to the current regime; the Leftists Wackos and Pro-Palestinian Camp were celebrating the fact that the masses were flying Palestinian Flags in their protests. They were celebrating the fact that Egypt, a regional partner in peace with Israel, is actually changing its government and they were hoping to have a government that would be against Israel. Now they got their wish and yes Muslim Brotherhood under Mursi has come to power. However, did it really help Egypt? Did it truly help Egyptians to achieve higher standard of living? Did it assist Egypt as a nation to become a better place? Nope, the end result is 15 of its own police officers are murdered.

This is what happens when you plant seeds of hatred for political gain. This is exactly what happens when you try to divert the attention by blaming a foreign entity for your own internal problem. The end results will be disasters for the citizens of that nation. It is the citizens of that nation who should acquire the mental maturity to stand up to these propagandas. Situation in Egypt and the blatant Anti-Semitism and Anti-Israel are the product of recent years. It is the direct result of years of propaganda that has destroyed any relationship between reality and Egyptian views toward Israel. It will take years to repair the damage that has been done. It will create some headache for Israeli leaders and Israel as a nation; however, the end results will be disastrous for the Egypt as the country and Egyptian as the citizens of that country. Egyptians will be the one who would suffer the disastrous consequences. Events like what happened today will not be the first or the last ones. It is just the beginning of it. I am dying to know how Mursy would respond to the attack.

At the end, I applaud the Egyptian security services and their efforts in securing the border. Those Egyptian Police were innocent police officers who were doing nothing but their job which was securing a sovereign border. They were murdered in an act that was targeted to hurt the Jewish nation and Israel should mourn their death. I send my condolences to the families of the victims and let them know that they are in our hearts and prayers.
