Fifth Anniversary of my Blog-Wow!

Although this is might be a month overdue, but last month was the fifth year anniversary of my blog. I cannot believe that five years have passed since I started this blog. I started this blog when the Lebanon War of 2006 started. This was my way of expressing my opinion about what was happening. I am looking at some of the posts I put up and it feels like I am rewinding my life and history at the same time. It’s been HALF A DECADE since I started this blog. It is still unbelievable. I started this blog with the same picture and I must admit it is truly an amazing picture. Well, here is a small little update with regards to what has happened to my life since I started this blog.
Throughout these five years, my life went through tremendous changes. I made a lot of friends and a lot of enemies because of this blog. Of course the content of this blog caused some sudden discomfort to terrorist-apologists up in Berkeley and Leftist numb-nuts who were truly sick in the head. When I say sick in the head, I mean sick. They resorted to all sorts of sick and psychotic acts that ranged from prank-calling and at one point death threats. Of course, the main perpetrator was finally identified last year and the coward quickly disappeared. Of course, these cowards would disappear the second they are identified because they are as I like to call them “chicken bullies”. That means they are the type of bullies who are bullies online and in hiding and they would never show their face due to the fact that they know they are the scum of the society themselves. However, like I said, as soon as the main perpetrator was identified, I never heard from any of them EVER AGAIN! So much for protectors of justice and humanity as they claimed to be!!
During the past five years, I started and finished law school in San Diego. I moved to back to Los Angeles and I took the California Bar Exam for the first time and I failed with only four points missing. That was truly a hard thing to go through. Then I went through the appeal process. The appeal process was unsuccessful and I decided to retake the bar exam one more time even though I had a good job in Marketing. Of course, this time I passed and at the time I was working at a Civil Litigation Law Firm in Los Angeles. However, I really did not enjoy working at the firm and I quickly started searching for a better job with much better pay. That’s where I found my current employer which is a Tax Firm. In law school, I hated Tax. I never understood it and I thought it was the most boring area of law. However, due to our current economy and the lucrative salary, I decided to take this job.
I quickly realized that Tax is truly the best field because I was good with numbers. I busted my behind for three months. I worked 15-16 hours a day. I even worked on Sundays and I did not take a single day off. Even when I was sick I showed up to work. All the hard work quickly paid off because I was able to advance in the company in the fastest paste possible. Within only four months, I was promoted to supervising attorney. I also ranked fourth best attorney in the firm. I became the “go-to-guy” who got all the hard complicated cases or high profile clients. I have about 140 cases for myself and supervising over 600 cases. I have the highest case load and the biggest team and I have been here for only eight months. Although the working hours did not improve and it actually got worse, but the salary definitely improved.
Besides the respect, quick advancement, and of course great salary, this job provided me with an opportunity to help a lot of people. Our clients range from all aspects of the society and listening to their story truly teaches you a lot about life. The satisfaction of helping people is really priceless. When you assist a client and provide them with successful results, you could hear their voice and how appreciative they are, and there are no words that could express my feelings at that moment. I had a client breaking down and cry when I gave her the good news. That in itself is worth all the hard work you put in to resolve the cases.
Besides the career changes and moving, my life took a lot of interesting turns. I would be lying if I say at times I did not think about quitting. However, constant hard work and putting in many hours pays off at the end and this is what exactly happened to my life. Although being happy could be a very vague terms to use because there are many different kind of happiness, look at the past five years, I could confirm that I am very happy with my life.
Well, five years has passed since I started this blog and I have covered many news article and world events and wrote my opinion about them. We are living in a very volatile time. I must say, I have zero intention of quitting this blog. So, stay tuned for hopefully many more years to come.

Escalation would have been a Wrong Move

Although I am not the type who would agree with the Left and I believe Leftist are suffering from a mental disease, in this occasion I would have to side with them. However, it seems that I’m not alone on this issue. Now is not the time for escalation. Hamas is desperate at this point and they need peace. Peace or ceasefire is ALWAYS a good thing. Yes, I know, for Hamas Ceasefire means “Re-Arm” and “Re-boot”. However, if Hamas is playing a good boy role, why ruin it?! Yes, they are sworn to destroy Israel and yes they truly believe in it; however as any reasonable person know that it is not going to happen. Israeli intelligence units and IDF are closely watching Hamas’s every move. They are figuring out where every leader lives, breeds, eats, sleep, and all details of their actions. Therefore, the day that Hamas tries to flex its muscles again, Israel will hand them another wooping much larger than Operation Cast Lead. Therefore, there is no need for escalation on this matter. Yes, Israel lost seven people and it is truly a sad event. However, sometimes in life, you need to think and hold back for greater good which is peace in this case.
Hamas is playing along and they are actually working with Israel in restoring peace in the region. Click here for the story. Israel does not want escalation due to “Arab Spring” and Syria up in North. At the same time, Gazans are also enjoying a relative peace. The U.N. bid is also coming up and the last thing Israel needs at this point is escalation. Hamas on the other hand have their own issues to resolve that does not involve Israel. Frankly, as much as it was a sad day for Israel to lose those seven, I believe Israel reacted perfectly to the event. They took out the PRC Leader within hours along with bunch of his sub-human commanders. The responsible party has paid the price for their crime. Now, it is time to move on and not punish the groups that were not involved in it. Who knows?! Maybe in couple of years Hamas actually comes to the table for peace negotiation.

BBC’s Blatant Anti-Israel Bias

Today Israel took a hard hit. Of course, it is too early to say what exactly happened and how it did happen. However, this sort of acts should not happen. It is easy for some right wingers to say let’s hit Egypt, bla bla bla. However, this is exactly what the terrorists want: Israel attacking Egypt. I am not going into detail with regards to this matter. However, what shocked me was the stupidity of BBC and their blatant Anti-Israel rhetoric. Israel is the victim here, Israel was attacked, Israelis were murdered and this is the article they first had on the front page of BBC.com. This picture is showing a Palestinian man sitting down in tears and in grievance. Who he is sad for: the terrorist leader of PRC that Israel killed hours after the terrorist attack in Israel. To make matters even worst, the headline reads: Israel Pounds Gaza. Seriously?! Well, if this does not proof the Anti-Israel biased in BBC, I really do not know what else do. This is nothing new. Once again, BBC has chosen to show its ugly biased though this subliminal use of words and picture to buy sympathy for the fraudulent cause of these terrorists.
Let me know what you think of this.

Fake Jews: the New Tools to Justify Terrorism Against Israelis

I remember this guy in Berkeley used to yell out that “I am a Jew and I am against Israel” and “Israel is not my homeland.” It turns out that some of these guys are not Jewish, not by name and not by ancestry either. Here is the perfect example. This guy went on flotilla and argued that he is the Jewish Voice against Israel. His argument was that he is an American and Israel does not represent him. Well, there is only one little problem: HE IS NOT A JEW!
This problem is not anything new. It is just that nobody had the guts to ask these guys, “hey Mr. Jew, how are you Jewish? Is your mother a Jew? Do you practice Judaism? Did you ever have a bar mitzvah? Do you go to temple? Do you keep kosher? How the F**** are you a Jew? Just tell me something, anything!” You would simply see that they claim: I am a Jew. It is amazing.
You see, only in the United States, where Reform Judaism has systematically destroyed and cleared the line of Judaism, you would see stuff like these. No other country like in the U.S and U.K where reform Judaism is the strongest, do we ever seen this phenomenon of Jews being Anti-Israel and it strictly has to do with the fact they are the most distanced one. With exception of Naurei Nitka who is a fanatic sect of Judaism, you almost never see any family or any Jew who practices Judaism and has Jewish values in his house, to be Anti-Israel. That would be very very rare. Due to the fact that the line of who is a Jew and who is not a Jew has been erased and redrawn so many times by the so-called Rabies, the mixture of intermarriage along with abandonment of Jewish house rules, Jewish values, and Jewish culture, you would see Sub-humans like these lying about the fact that they are Jewish and the funny part is nobody could argue against them. Seriously, what is left of Judaism in Reform Judaism? Yes, there are some Jews who support Palestinian cause. However, these Jews are not even Jews anymore. There is nothing Jewish about them because they have simply assimilated. Another example of this is my personal experience. When I was friends with some terrorist-apologist hypocritical Iranians in Berkeley, I was introduced to this girl who claimed to be a Jew and Anti-Israel. I was shocked. Iranian Jew against Israel? So when I talked to her, it turned out, that she was only half Jewish. From father side, and she had no connection to Judaism what-so-ever! Funny part was she thought I was an idiot and tried to claim that she is half Jewish. In Iran, if anybody would inter-marry, they would be kicked out of the society and nobody would ever contact that person ever again. 99% of the time, these people would convert to Islam and they would turn into the most Anti-Semites and Anti-Jews themselves. Therefore, I could see where her hatred of Israel and Jewish Homeland came from.
In today’s age, since there is no more standard of measurement as to who is a Jew and who is not a Jew, who could be considered a Jew and who could not be considered a Jew, deceitful people would call themselves Jews for the purpose of destroying the Jewish Homeland. Reform Judaism should look at themselves and hold themselves strictly responsible for this mess. The reason is because if it wasn’t for them keep messing around with the Jewish law to fit their own laziness and lack of respect for Judaism, there would not be a national tragedy waiting to happen from the fake Jews who legitimize the fraudulent Palestinian cause and mask its generic and inherited Anti-Semitisim.

The Joke of the Day: Saudi Arabia Teaching Syria about Human Rights

Seriously, is there any region funnier than Middle East when it comes to politics? I swear, “Arab Spring” has turned into my daily entertainment and a way of distract myself from Eighty Hour work week. The latest joke of the “Arab Spring” is Saudi Arabia. The land of barbarians and the true signature of backwardness of globe, Saudi Arab, who still cuts-off hands and treats women like dirt through systematic and institutionalized backward laws, has condemned Syrian actions in the region. Holy Cow!! Seriously King Abdullah, if I were you, I would sit in a corner and not make a peak. Anybody should talk except you!! Your country, your laws, your whole culture is epidomy of backwardness and human rights violations. Please, who are you to tell Syria what to do and not to do!? I hate Syrian regimes with passion and everything it stands for; I hate Assad and there is no question about it. At the same time, the news that is coming out of Hama is absolutely deplorable. However, I cannot stand on the side and watch King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia condemning Syrian regime’s action when Saudi Arabia is a lot worse than Syria.
I must say, the Middle East and its politics are incredibly humorous. However, time after time, nation after nation, groups after groups, as “Arab Spring” is unfolding; it shows how hypocritical these regimes and ideologies has been with regards to Israel. These regimes are absolutely murdering their citizens, they are killing them like there is no tomorrow, but for years the world was condemning Israel for defending herself against terrorist groups in the region. The funny part is the reaction of terrorist groups and their supporting government. Iranian government reaction has been the most entertaining to watch. They called Syrians protesters “Kharabkar” which means “terrorist” in Farsi. If that is not enough, they went ahead and called Bahrain’s protesters: “heroes”. There is one difference here, Bahrain protesters were getting supports from Iranian agents in the country and they were Shias. Very long and complicated story short, it is a joke and nobody and I mean nobody looks better than Israel in the region with regards to respect for its citizens and human rights value. The reason is very simple; these governments were only simply using the Palestinian and their cause as a tool to justify their positions and their backwardness at the world stage. Now, I wonder, on September, how will the U.N. welcome and justify creating another country who will be far worse than any of the nations that we are seeing? I mean, look through their history and how Hamas and Fattah murdered each other.
At the end, it is still too early to say what would “come out” of the “Arab Spring”. So far, it is been a joke and with no real progress on any ends. Egypt is a mess that is turning into an Islamic mess. Tunisia is also dealing with Islamic movements and the liberals are finding it difficult to fight them off. Libya is the most glorious one and it seems there is no end in sight for the time being. Syria is not moving ahead either and the only thing we are witnessing is sectarian warfare and I think it will end with Assad being stronger than ever. I would be surprised if Syrian Protesters could become victorious in terms of removing Assad from power.
Let me know what you think and whether you could see any hope for the region.

"Captain Israel" Has Come to Rescue!

Remember the stupidity of “Foreskin Man” from the numb-nuts sex crazy weirdoes of San Fransicko who love to force their so-called ideologies on others based on the fact that they think they know better than everyone else? Well, if you don’t, to give you a quick review, the numb nuts in San Fransicko tried to pull a horrific 1st Amendment Infringement by outlawing circumcision based on the fact that they felt that their miserable already sex crazed life was missing some more sexual pleasures. Well, it’s not their fault, these guys up there are mostly on Anti-depressants or some sort of drugs and they are truly miserable. There is a void in their lives that somehow they cannot fill it and they try to blame on many different factors. Well, this time, they screwed up big time because they tried to outlaw circumcision through passing some sort of law in the city of San Fransicko. If it was not bad enough for such horrific move, they screwed up even further when they came up with a Cartoons called “Foreskin Man” that was incredibly Anti-Semitic by any standards. I mean anybody who saw it would just simply say, “This is F***ed up.” Well, here is the “Captain Israel” that has come to take care of "Foreskin Man".

I think it would have been better if "Captain Israel" would have circumcize "Foreskin Man." I completely agree with this Comic. This comic proves a very essential fact which is, if it was not for Israel, the Jews around the globe would not have enjoyed the respect and the prestige that they enjoy in today’s societies. The “Foreskin Man” Comic is a living proof that Jews could never ever trust or rely on any ideology regardless of its origins or source. From Extreme Right to Extreme Left or just simple Left, a Jew will never ever find a home. That home is in Israel and it is Israel that will defend the Jews. No one else! This goes to crazy Leftist numb nuts of Israel or Jews in America who have found refuge in this country and call this place home and say that Israel is not their Jewish Homeland, here is my message to you: you want to know what the Jews of Germany called Berlin? They called it their Zion (Jerusalem). That same “Zion” cooked them like animals not more two decades later.

Feel free to leave your comment and let me know what you think about this.

Thanks to Israelicool Blogger.

An Amazing Display of Iranian Heart

Honestly, what a beautiful move!!
An Iranian woman blinded and disfigured by a man who threw acid into her face stood above her attacker Sunday in a hospital operating room as a doctor was about to put several drops of acid in one of his eyes in court-ordered retribution.

Click Here for the full story.
I have nothing but admiration for this young lady and her dignity. She was in position of power and she had the life of the person who ruined her life in her hand, yet she chose to take the high road and pardon this stupid young man. I am calling him stupid not in a sense to justify his action, rather I believe he should spend the rest of his life in jail. This whole acid-throwing thing that has developed is a very barbaric act. Unfortunately, it is increasing in Iran as a way of forcing girls into marriage. This practice is not an act that has developed in Iran. This has been imported to Iran from foreign nations. There is actually a huge NY Supreme Court Case about such a practice. Ultimately the victim actually ended up marrying the guy. However, at the end, I have nothing but respect and admiration for this young lady from Iran. She is showing a truly heart of an Iranian where unfortunately lately this sort of hearts have diminished due to Iranian government’s evil acts, lies, and interference in the region. It is good to see that Iran still have people like her and they are the symbols of Iranian rich culture. Her courageous act got a well-deserved global media’s attention and it justifiably gave her world popularity. I would like to personally salute her strength and wisdom. 

Protest in Egypt for “Islamic” Government

Today, there was a “unity” rally in Egypt. Of course, this rally was more like Islamisation and invitation to convert Egyptian Government into an Islamic government. Seriously: IS ANYBODY SURPRISED? Oh yeah, Obama, good job on forcing Mubarak to leave. Except one issue, you forgot to ask the same thing and apply the same pressure to other Arab countries such as Yemen and Syria. Arab Spring is ready to turn into a hot Islamic Summer. Of course, there is nothing wrong with an Islamic style government except take a good look at Iran, Saudi Arab, or Gaza Strip and the level of democracy that is being implemented by these Islamic Rules. The question is whether the military will turn back the clock into Mubarak times and start clamping down or allow democracy to take roots and allow these groups to come to power. Either way, the story is not going too well. Oh yeah, ElBaradei, enjoy your achievements because it smells like 1979 in Iran where the Mullahs highjacked the Revolution and turned it into an Islamic Revolution and you said it would not happen. Well, the quote "I told you so" comes to mind. Here is an article from NY Times with regards to the “Unity Protest”.

Obama is a Loser

In 2008 when Obama was elected, I was not too thrilled. Obama has alienated a lot of this country’s allies. I saw right through his rhetoric from day one and realized that this guy is all talk. Oh well, two years into his presidency and our country is facing a crisis. This article summons it in the best way possible. Obama is a “loser” and that is why Americans do not like him.

The past few weeks I've asked Democrats who supported him how they feel about him. I got back nothing that showed personal investment. Here are the words of a hard-line progressive and wise veteran of the political wars: "I never loved Barack Obama. That said, among my crowd who did 'love' him, I can't think of anyone who still does." Why is Mr. Obama different from Messrs. Clinton and Bush? "Clinton radiated personality. As angry as folks got with him about Nafta or Monica, there was always a sense of genuine, generous caring." With Bush, "if folks were upset with him, he still had this goofy kind of personality that folks could relate to. You might think he was totally misguided but he seemed genuinely so. . . . Maybe the most important word that described Clinton and Bush but not Obama is 'genuine.'" He "doesn't exude any feeling that what he says and does is genuine."

Here is the link to the rest of the article. I believe this article explains Obama’s popularity in an honest fashion where Mainstream Media has failed to do due to their love affection with Obama. Remember, this is what happens when Media elects a president instead of the people.

Tough Times for Hezbollah -Part 2

It is Lebanon War Anniversary. And Nasrallah of course has to give a speech about it. However, Hezbollah is not doing too well as we have previously discussed in length on this blog. Syria is in deep trouble, Hezbollah agents might get indicted for murdering Lebanon’s Leader Rafig Harriri, and Iran’s isolation and internal problem is not getting any better. That is exactly why we see speeches like this (Click Here for the link). Nasrallah said,
I confidently say to all the countries, governments and companies that will submit tenders in order to start oil excavation that Lebanon is capable of protecting these companies and oil and gas installations. I tell the friends and the foes that Lebanon will rely on all the elements of strength in order to regain its natural resources, and the most important element is the army-people-Resistance formula,” the Hezbollah leader added.

I love their mentality. For these guys, every where is considered to be disputed areas. They have claim to water, air, land, and anything and everything. The U.N. has approved of Israeli Plan but Nasrallah is saying these are disputed areas. Of course he would say such thing. So, basically what this terrorist is saying, he’ll solve the Lebanon problems through force. Of course, he would say such thing. He is going through Terrorist Group handbook line by line. Groups like Hezbollah are not political forces; rather their whole existence is only dependent on violence or threat of violence. They rule through terrorism. They are trying to solve these international problems not through negotiation or proper channels, but rather through guns. However, the important issue to point out is that he is not here to solve the problem or protect Lebanese sovereignty. He is simply trying to legitimize Hezbollah existence in Lebanon. Hezbollah is in serious trouble in coming days. They are desperately trying to keep the current Syrian regime in power. Therefore, they need to act like barbarians from 7th century who solved their entire problem with their swords in order to justify their existence.
Hezbollah needs support and they are desperately trying to get it by any means necessary. They look incredibly stupid by supporting Egyptian overthrow of Mubarak, yet they are supporting the murderous Regime of Assad in Syria whose crimes are far worse than Mubarak. This sort of behavior will lead to nothing but destruction of Lebanon. In his speech, he comments about how they created confusion in IDF during Second Lebanon War. Granted! However, what happened to Lebanon? Do you honestly thing that the next war that you’d be fighting for Gas will simply stop Israel? The objective between the two wars will be very different. The only end result will be destruction of Lebanese lives and infrastructure. Of course, like always, he would dig into Iranian stolen money. However, the question is whether Lebanese would fall for that or not. Who knows, it might work. For the time being, these speeches are nothing but act of desperation for legitimization.

Amazing Victory for Israel on the Sea

Congratulation to Israel, Israeli intelligence, and Israeli defense forces!! From all political spectrums in Israel, people are congratulating these guys. They handled it very professionally. Keep in mind, last year 10 terrorist ended up dying, couple of Israeli elite commandos ended up injured (I was fortunate enough to meet them) and it was followed by massive amount of condemnations from around the globe. Erdogan and his Islamist gang took advantage of the situation to destroy friendly ties the two nations of Israel and Turkey. This year, the organizers thought they could pull of the same thing, except this time it would be much bigger. They were trying to delegitimize Israel’s existence and its sovereignty. From intelligence front, to diplomatic front, to military front, everybody started working around the clock to tackle this issue. The results: from hundreds of people (including very popular Leftist Wack-jobs) and around 20 ships that were prepared to sail to Israel, only ONE STUPID FRENCH YAT was able come near Gaza and it was taken care of in a very peaceful fashion. This is amazing.
One thing that the dumb Lefties had forgotten: in this case, Israel is defending its homeland. Those Lefties are not defending their homelands; they are simply taking a summer vacation and trying to make their miserable lives important. For Israel, it is the question of existence and it will fight it with everything at its disposal. It wasn’t the issue Gaza or helping Gazans for either side. It was the issue of defying Israel and its sovereignty and its right to defend itself against terrorist and Israel established in a perfect fashion.
Here is an editorial from Haaretz who always love to bash Israel, but had only pleasant things to say to describe Israel’s handling of the situation. It is a very interesting article that explains the situation and how the whole process started falling apart for the Pro-terrorist movement.

“Gay Orthodox Shabaton was like ‘heaven’”: WHAAAT!!!!

When I read this story, I could not stop laughing. I am a strong advocate of Gay/Lesbian Rights. The reason is very simple: nobody should be treated any different based on their sexual preferences. I am advocating for legal rights and equal rights in work places. People have the freedom to choose to do whatever they want. There should not be a discriminatory system that interferes with your sexuality. However, I am also very critical of Gay/Lesbian groups based on the fact that I believe they have abandoned the important fight which is equal rights in the society and they have decided to force feed the society and picking the “in your face” fight. For example, one is gay marriage. They are not fighting for equal rights for the gays. Instead, they have decided to change the definition of marriage. They could have easily fought for the same exact rights under the civil union.
However, this story blew me away. As I said, I could not stop laughing. I have very mixed feeling about this. I do not know whether to support it or not, but I know that it is very interesting. The only question that I have is this: how could these people who consider themselves “Orthodox Jews”, who are supposed to follow the strict rules of the Bible, justify the fact that the Bible clearly states its stance against Homosexuality and although affirm its existence in the society, it states that “G-d Deplores it.” I mean I would understand the acceptance of Reform Judaism for Homosexuality. However, under strict “Orthodox” rules, how could they justify it? I am just wondering. Here is the story:

Gay Orthodox Shabbaton Was Like ‘Heaven’
Usually, when Adam goes to shul, he feels like part of him is just not there. In the black-hat synagogue he attends with his children, he feels that he’s always guarding the secret that he’s gay. Although he grew up in the haredi community and attended its institutions, he no longer feels comfortable in that world, even as his children are very much integrated into the community. While he has come out to his ex-wife, his children still don’t know. Last month, he walked into Kabbalat Shabbat services at the Isabella Friedman Retreat Center and felt exhilarated, as the first-ever Orthodox gay lesbian transgender community Shabbaton was beginning. Gone were his fears of not being accepted.

Adam, who is in his 30s, said the minyan, with its mechitza, was in the Orthodox tradition, a “service that my own black-hat father would feel right at home in. There were literally people with black hats. There’s something so powerful about not having to withhold part of me. I hadn’t connected to a Friday-night tefilla, prayer, like that in many years.” That high continued through the weekend.

Others among the 140 attendees echoed Michael’s words. Participants included 40 women and 100 men of all ages, among them couples with children, people like Michael who grew up Orthodox and were struggling to somehow fit in, ba’alei teshuvah, converts, and those who left the Orthodox world and were now on its margins.

Some were very much in the closet, others were out, and some came out after the weekend. One male couple has a civil marriage and is now planning a religious ceremony, and invited fellow participants to join them. One haredi young man came from England, with the encouragement of a Reform rabbi in whom he confided.

The Shabbaton was organized by Eshel, a collaborative program established by individuals and organizations involved in the Orthodox gay Jewish world, including JQY (Jewish Queer Youth), GLYDSA (Gay and Lesbian Yeshiva Day School Alumni), Tirtzah, Orthodykes and Neharim. Rabbi Steven Greenberg, director of Orthodox programming for Neharim and a member of the seven-person steering commission of Eshel, describes the Shabbaton as an “unmitigated success of the Orthodox gay community.”

Eshel was formed last summer, just around the same time, coincidentally, as a group of Orthodox rabbis issued the “Statement of Principles on the Place of Jews with a Homosexual Orientation in Our Community,” which affirmed that all human beings are to be treated with respect and urged that those Jews with gay orientation be welcomed as full members of the community.

The Shabbaton, meant to be a safe space for attendees to express themselves, was decidedly closed to the press. But shortly after the Jan. 21-23 event, organizers felt that “this was too important a moment not to share,” and invited a reporter to speak with participants. Like Adam, many of the people quoted here are referred to by pseudonyms to protect their privacy. The details of their lives are true.

Adam, whose marriage broke up years ago, is very protective of his children, and understands that the ramifications for them in the haredi community would be huge, if he were to come out. He’s now in a relationship with another man, who’s from a Conservative background and is accommodating to his religious needs. But he remains Orthodox, feeling “foremost a father. This is their world.”

As much of a high as the Shabbaton was, Adam says it’s just not the reality of his life. But the experience has motivated him to move more quickly toward finding a more integrated life. He’s begun the process of trying to figure out how to tell those closest to him, to change this “bizarre half-life that has eclipsed me.

“I feel strongly based on my personal experiences that the continuing push for non-openness — people say, ‘This is your issue, we’ll accept your struggle, but don’t talk about it’ — is so damaging,” he says. That’s what led me to make a very bad choice. At the end of the day I stood under the chupah.”

Sarah, who is in her late 20s and lives outside of Philadelphia, feels very isolated in her Orthodox community but believes there is room for “compassionate acceptance.” Being at the Shabbaton made her realize for the first time that a relationship with a Jewish woman who shared her religious commitment was actually possible.

For Hayley, 33, who is transgender, the entire weekend was “heaven, like walking through a dream. You didn’t feel like you were being analyzed or judged, no need to look around worrying about what other people were thinking.” She attended along with her wife Lena and 7-year-old son.

Hayley grew up as an Orthodox man in the Sephardic world, where he was taunted, not supported by the rabbis, and never felt like he fit in; he later served in the U.S. Navy and married. After five years of marriage, he told Lena about the cross-gender feelings that were making him feel miserable in his life. Lena supported his efforts to change sexes, and they have remained a couple.

Their son used to go to a yeshiva, but after Haley’s transition, they sent him to a public school out of concerns for his comfort and hope someday to switch him back. The couple prefers Sephardic-type services but rarely go to synagogue in their Brooklyn neighborhood, as Haley knows that some people in the community know about her, including some relatives, and “people in this community can be violent.” She adds, “I feel that rabbis and other should reserve their judgment until they’ve been in my shoes.”

Hayley, who punctuates her conversation with “Baruch Hashem,” thanking God, says that they would like to find a close-knit community where she and Lena could feel at home. She laughs and says that they have many more friends now that she’s a woman, and most are Orthodox.

Some participants cried on the telephone as they recalled experiences with rabbis who told them they were unwelcome to study in their yeshivas or that “suicide wasn’t such a bad outcome if therapy didn’t work,” or relatives who sent condolences as though they had cancer. Several spoke of being sent by family members and rabbis to reparative therapy — with the intention that they would be “fixed” or changed — and how painful and damaging that was.

For Yoshi, who grew up with emotional and physical abuse, the very rabbis who brought him deeper into a committed Orthodox lifestyle were the ones who rejected him once they learned of his sexuality, tore his belief away from him and fractured his relationship with God. He attended with his partner, and both are thinking of becoming rabbis.

Several participants said that they made their own peace with halacha, or were at least at peace with themselves, citing that very few people can strictly follow all of the laws, and that they try to live with integrity, according to Torah values. Some spoke of possibilities of different interpretations. One man admitted he had no good answers, and has both respect for the halacha and a strong feeling that “this is the way that God made me.”

Moshe, 45, who lives in the South and feels triply ostracized as Jewish, Orthodox and gay, says, “Orthodoxy needs to evolve, to embrace gays and lesbians in their midst. They are in their midst. Nobody here is trying to change halacha; we’re not trying to negate the Torah. We’re trying to ask, Will people please make room for us?”

A member of the group that built the gay and lesbian synagogue in Greenwich Village, Congregation Beth Simchat Torah, Barry, 64, found that Orthodox liturgy speaks to him most and now belongs to an Orthodox shul on the Upper West Side. He has come out with his rabbi, and feels that many in the synagogue know about his status, even if they don’t talk about it, and have long been welcoming toward him.

Joe, a graduate student in psychology in his mid-20s from the New York area who identifies as Modern Orthodox down to the core, says that he gained a historical perspective on the issues by attending the Shabbaton. He now has great admiration for those who are generations older who had remarkable courage.

“I have the Internet — I would still be in the closet without it,” he adds.

Yehuda Greenberg, project director for Eshel, said that the Shabbaton exceeded expectations. While they had initially thought of it as an annual event, they will probably hold them more frequently.

“There has been a watershed change in the last 10 years in how this challenge is being addressed in the Orthodox community,” says Naomi S. Mark, a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in New York City who sees a lot of Orthodox LGBT clients as well as their families.

“The Shabbaton was a milestone in showing how the Orthodox gay community is getting organized, supporting each other’s efforts to stay connected to their religious roots even as they explore their identity in new ways.”

Mark sees the conventional Orthodox community as much more open than a decade ago, and encourages gay people to keep telling their stories to promote understanding. “It makes one hopeful for what can happen in another 10 years.

Unknown Heroes Behind the Mission that Located Osama Bin Laden

This is an amazing story about a man who was behind the mission who captured the arch terrorist of our decade or possibly this century. Heroes like these never receive public acknowledgment of their success nor will they ever be publicly thanked by the main-stream Media. It has to do with these agents safety and security. However, some of it has to do with the fact that our society has lost touch with who are the true heroes of our society. They are more concerned about consumerist and pop-culture heroes or some dumb singers, actors, and/or activist doing something for publicity stunt and they hold them up as to be the icon of our society. However, heroes like these don’t need public recognition of their good work. I believe they get the true satisfaction when they can see the title “mission accomplish” and that would be more than enough for them. From bottom of my heart, I salute heroes like “John” and I thank them for their hard work. Here is the story from MSNBC.com:

WASHINGTON — After Navy SEALs killed Osama Bin Laden, the White House released a photo of President Barack Obama and his Cabinet inside the Situation Room, watching the daring raid unfold.
Hidden from view, standing just outside the frame of that now-famous photograph was a career CIA analyst. In the hunt for the world's most-wanted terrorist, there may have been no one more important. His job for nearly a decade was finding the al-Qaida leader. The analyst was the first to put in writing last summer that the CIA might have a legitimate lead on finding Bin Laden. He oversaw the collection of clues that led the agency to a fortified compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan. His was among the most confident voices telling Obama that Bin Laden was probably behind those walls.
The CIA will not permit him to speak with reporters. But interviews with former and current U.S. intelligence officials reveal a story of quiet persistence and continuity that led to the greatest counterterrorism success in the history of the CIA.
Nearly all the officials insisted on anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to reporters or because they did not want their names linked to the Bin Laden operation.
The Associated Press has agreed to the CIA's request not to publish his full name and withhold certain biographical details so that he would not become a target for retribution.
Call him John, his middle name. John was among the hundreds of people who poured into the CIA's Counterterrorism Center after the Sept. 11 attacks, bringing fresh eyes and energy to the fight.
Disparate strands
He had been a standout in the agency's Russian and Balkan departments. When Vladimir Putin was coming to power in Russia, for instance, John pulled together details overlooked by others and wrote what some colleagues considered the definitive profile of Putin. He challenged some of the agency's conventional wisdom about Putin's KGB background and painted a much fuller portrait of the man who would come to dominate Russian politics.
That ability to spot the importance of seemingly insignificant details, to weave disparate strands of information into a meaningful story, gave him a particular knack for hunting terrorists. "He could always give you the broader implications of all these details we were amassing," said John McLaughlin, who as CIA deputy director was briefed regularly by John in the mornings after the 2001 attacks.
From 2003, when he joined the Counterterrorism Center, through 2005, John was one of the driving forces behind the most successful string of counterterrorism captures in the fight against terrorism: Abu Zubaydah, Abd al-Nashiri, Khalid Sheik Mohammed, Ramzi Bin Alshib, Hambali and Faraj al-Libi. But there was no greater prize than finding Bin Laden. Bin Laden had slipped away from U.S. forces in the Afghan mountains of Tora Bora in 2001, and the CIA believed he had taken shelter in the lawless tribal areas of Pakistan.
In 2006, the agency mounted Operation Cannonball, an effort to establish bases in the tribal regions and find Bin Laden. Even with all its money and resources, the CIA could not locate its prime target.
By then, the agency was on its third director since Sept. 11, 2001. John had outlasted many of his direct supervisors who retired or went on to other jobs. The CIA doesn't like to keep its people in one spot for too long. They become jaded. They start missing things. John didn't want to leave. He'd always been persistent. In college, he walked on to a Division I basketball team and hustled his way into a rotation full of scholarship players.
The CIA offered to promote him and move him somewhere else. John wanted to keep the Bin Laden file. Champagne was uncorked at the CIA's headquarters after it was confirmed that Navy SEALs had killed Osama Bin Laden.
He examined and re-examined every aspect of Bin Laden's life. How did he live while hiding in Sudan? With whom did he surround himself while living in Kandahar, Afghanistan? What would a Bin Laden hideout look like today?
'We'll get there'
The CIA had a list of potential leads, associates and family members who might have access to Bin Laden. "Just keep working that list bit by bit," one senior intelligence official recalls John telling his team. "He's there somewhere. We'll get there." John rose through the ranks of the counterterrorism center, but because of his nearly unrivaled experience, he always had influence beyond his title. One former boss confessed that he didn't know exactly what John's position was. "I knew he was the guy in the room I always listened to," the official said. While he was shepherding the hunt for Bin Laden, John also was pushing to expand the Predator program, the agency's use of unmanned airplanes to launch missiles at terrorists.
The CIA largely confined those strikes to targets along Pakistan's border with Afghanistan. But in late 2007 and early 2008, John said the CIA needed to carry out those attacks deeper inside Pakistan. It was a risky move. Pakistan was an important but shaky ally. John's analysts saw an increase in the number of Westerners training in Pakistani terrorist camps. John worried that those men would soon start showing up on U.S. soil. "We've got to act," John said, a former senior intelligence official recalls. "There's no explaining inaction." John took the analysis to then CIA Director Michael Hayden, who agreed and took the recommendation to President George W. Bush.
In the last months of the Bush administration, the CIA began striking deeper inside Pakistan. Obama immediately adopted the same strategy and stepped up the pace. Recent attacks have killed al-Qaida's No. 3 official, Mustafa Abu al-Yazid, and Pakistani Taliban leader Baitullah Mehsud. All the while, John's team was working the list of Bin Laden leads. In 2007, a female colleague whom the AP has also agreed not to identify decided to zero in on a man known as Abu Ahmed al-Kuwaiti, a nom de guerre.
Other terrorists had identified al-Kuwaiti as an important courier for al-Qaida's upper echelon, and she believed that finding him might help lead to Bin Laden. "They had their teeth clenched on this and they weren't going to let go," McLaughlin said of John and his team. "This was an obsession." It took three years, but in August 2010, al-Kuwaiti turned up on a National Security Agency wiretap. The female analyst, who had studied journalism at a Big Ten university, tapped out a memo for John, "Closing in on Bin Laden Courier," saying her team believed al-Kuwaiti was somewhere on the outskirts of Islamabad.
Bigger picture
As the CIA homed in on al-Kuwaiti, John's team continually updated the memo with fresh information. Everyone knew that anything with Bin Laden's name on it would shoot right to the director's desk and invite scrutiny, so the early drafts played down hopes that the courier would lead to Bin Laden. But John saw the bigger picture. The hunt for al-Kuwaiti was effectively the hunt for Bin Laden, and he was not afraid to say so. The revised memo was finished in September 2010. John, by then deputy chief of the Pakistan-Afghanistan Department, emailed it to those who needed to know. The title was "Anatomy of a Lead."
As expected, the memo immediately became a hot topic inside CIA headquarters and Director Leon Panetta wanted to know more. John never overpromised, colleagues recall, but he was unafraid to say there was a good chance this might be the break the agency was looking for.
The CIA tracked al-Kuwaiti to a walled compound in Abbottabad. If Bin Laden was hiding there, in a busy suburb not far from Pakistan's military academy, it challenged much of what the agency had assumed about his hideout.
But John said it wasn't that far-fetched. Drawing on what he knew about Bin Laden's earlier hideouts, he said it made sense that Bin Laden had surrounded himself only with his couriers and family and did not use phones or the Internet. The CIA knew that top al-Qaida operatives had lived in urban areas before. A cautious Panetta took the information to Obama, but there was much more work to be done. The government tried everything to figure out who was in that compound.
In a small house nearby, the CIA put people who would fit in and not draw any attention. They watched and waited but turned up nothing definitive. Satellites captured images of a tall man walking the grounds of the compound, but never got a look at his face.
Again and again, John and his team asked themselves who else might be living in that compound. They came up with five or six alternatives; Bin Laden was always the best explanation.
This went on for months. By about February, John told his bosses, including Panetta, that the CIA could keep trying, but the information was unlikely to get any better. He told Panetta this might be their best chance to find Bin Laden and it would not last forever. Panetta made that same point to the president.
Panetta held regular meetings on the hunt, often concluding with an around-the-table poll: How sure are you that this is Bin Laden? John was always bullish, rating his confidence as high as 80 percent. Others weren't so sure, especially those who had been in the room for operations that went bad. Not two years earlier, the CIA thought it had an informant who could lead him to Bin Laden's deputy. That man blew himself up at a base in Khost, Afghanistan, killing seven CIA employees and injuring six others.
That didn't come up in the meetings with Panetta, a senior intelligence official said. But everyone knew the risk the CIA was taking if it told the president that Bin Laden was in Abbottabad and was wrong. "We all knew that if he wasn't there and this was a disaster, certainly there would be consequences," the official recalled.
Reassuring confidence
John was among several CIA officials who repeatedly briefed Obama and others at the White House. Current and former officials involved in the discussions said John had a coolness and a reassuring confidence.
By April, the president had decided to send the Navy SEALs to assault the compound. Though the plan was in motion, John went back to his team, a senior intelligence official said. "Right up to the last hour," he told them, "if we get any piece of information that suggests it's not him, somebody has to raise their hand before we risk American lives."
Nobody did. Inside the Situation Room, the analyst who was barely known outside the close-knit intelligence world took his place alongside the nation's top security officials, the household names and well-known faces of Washington.
An agonizing 40 minutes after Navy SEALs stormed the compound, the report came back: Bin Laden was dead. John and his team had guessed correctly, taking an intellectual risk based on incomplete information. It was a gamble that ended a decade of disappointment. Later, Champagne was uncorked back at the CIA, where those in the Counterterrorism Center who had targeted Bin Laden for so long celebrated. John's team reveled in the moment.
Two days after Bin Laden's death, John accompanied Panetta to Capitol Hill. The Senate Intelligence Committee wanted a full briefing on the successful mission. At one point in the private session, Panetta turned to the man whose counterterrorism resume spanned four CIA directors.
He began to speak, about the operation and about the years of intelligence it was based on. And as he spoke about the mission that had become his career, the calm, collected analyst paused, and he choked up.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE LAND OF OPPORTUNITY

Today is 4th of July. I have a lot of respect for this country and the opportunities it has provided me. I can honestly say that this is the best country in the world. As much as we like to whine and complaint about this country and politics involved here, it is still the best country in the world. Many of the Leftist wack-jobs love to bash this country and try to change it into something they think is the best for the world that resembles a lot like the Soviet Union, China, and other communist or socialist countries, however these idiots do not know the value of this country and how lucky we are to live in this country. Another funny part is, a lot of Leftist-Wack-Jobs who happen to be Middle Eastern, tends to bash this country in every opportunity they get and instead praise other countries such as Cuba and/or one of those Arab countries. I know some of these terrorist-apologists, and yet they never ever want to move out this country and/or go live in one of those countries that they uphold to be better than this country. They call this country imperialistic and the reason for Muslim Sufferings around the globe, yet they have been educating in its universities for free or via Federal Loans and taking advantage of its opportunities without even saying thanks once. Well, these people are only simply torturing themselves with their political bickering and condemnations of this great country. This country hasn’t been perfect and it won’t be perfect either, however it is the closest thing we have to perfection. Happy 4th of July and Happy Birthday to the United States of America. Thank you for everything

Releasing of the Oil Reserves: a Stunt for Election ONLY!

Ok, now we are definitely in election mode. U.S. voluntarily decides to release some of its reserves to ease the deficiencies of Libya and the conflict there. Yeah Right!!! Click Here for the full story. This is a stunt by Obama administration since things are not looking good at all for him. His disastrous economic policies have not worked. Geee what a Surprise?! His main focus became passing the “health care reform” that would cost the U.S Government billions of dollars and it would worsen our debt problem. His Stimulus Plan was nothing but a waste and a payoff to his allies. So now, the gas prices have gone up. There is one thing about Gas prices that you should and to put it in the most simplified fashion, if gas prices go up, the economy will tank. High gas prices would hit American pockets directly. The cost of living, the cost of food, the cost of air-travel, and many other type of costs would dramatically increases. If the costs increases in such a bad economy, it would simply destroy any sign of recovery. These are the signs we are seeing here. However, another issue is that America voters would look at gas prices as a way to evaluate a President. The Mainstream Media used the gas prices to destroy Bush.
When Gas prices went up under Bush, the mainstream media ripped a new one for Bush. They accused Bush of being in bed with the Oil Companies and they are doing it together just to make them money. Under Obama, time after time, we witnessed his open relationship with the Oil companies. The biggest one was: BP. BP was the biggest contributor to Obama’s campaign before he was elected as the President. However, they received a huge pay off. To make a very long story short, with Obama’s hidden green light, Ireland approved a Libyan terrorist who plotted and executed a terrorist plan that caused a bomb to go in an American flight killing all the passengers on that flight, to be released from Irish jails (he was supposed to die 3 months after his release which was 3 years ago-HE IS STILL ALIVE). That happened with BP heavily lobbying the courts behind the doors. Two weeks after the release of that murderer, Gadhafi personally awarded BP with the rights to do offshore drilling of the Coast of Libya. Then if it wasn’t bad enough, as soon as things started getting bad in Libya, Obama without the consent of Congress or even addressing the issue with the American public, conducted air-assault to support the oppositions in Libya. However, Obama quickly stopped the air raids and handed over the operation to NATO after the Libyan opposition took over the oil rich territories and refineries. Guess who had the most stakes in those areas: BP AGAIN! (BTW: mainstream media just argued that Obama is involved in Libya ONLY for humanitarian issues and to prove to the Arab world that he is with the people). Questions: why hasn’t he lifted a finger against Syrian regime who is one of the main supporters of terrorism in the region and openly murdering Syrian citizens? Oh yeah, No BP and no Oil!
So now he is about to go into reelection and the economy is tanked, mysteriously and without any warning or fair reasons, he releases U.S reserves which would not solve U.S economy problems in the long run. This act is more like a bandage for a short term. It will help the economy maybe for a year or two until the election. This is amazing. Instead of thinking long term to solve the problems, he is simply thinking about reelection only. ENJOY THE CHANGE YOU BROUGHT AMERICA!

U.S. Supreme Court Court Hands over a Perfect Ruling

Today is a very slow news day. However, being a former law student and an attorney, I love to check the Legal News too. I was shocked to see this piece on MSNB.com. Click Here for the full story. The Supreme Court finally blocked this massive stupidity and corporate crushing law suit to go on. Lately, The Supreme Court (S.C) has been handing down very intelligent rulings with regards to businesses. This law suit was nothing more than a stupid tactic for Class Action Lawyers uniting with bunch of feminists who seems to have no connection to reality, to make some money. There are huge problems for females struggling in the job market to be treated and paid the same as the men; however this case was not addressing it. The S.C. saw right through it and they attacked the core issue of the problem which was: the claims are too scattered and this case is simply too big. Overall, good ruling on the part of S.C.

Hypocrisy of Pro-Palestinian Thirst for Freedom

As I am following the Arab Springs, I am very reluctant to invest any hope in any of the movements. I try to follow it and learn from it and use history to find glimpse of hope in the mist of such movements. One thing that I have learned is that this movement is way too chaotic across the region to be able to categorize them in a single description. For example, nobody could come out and say that these movements are Islamic, or they are secular, or they are pro-Palestinian, or pro-Western. It is too chaotic for one to even predict what will happen in the near future or even plan for it. However, the tales that are coming from these movements tends to have the similar theme to it.
Arab Spring has provided the key players in the region with a chaotic environment that permit these players to play their hands. From Iran to Al-Qaeda to Hezbollah to Palestinian Movements, they are desperately trying to somehow create an environment that serves their best interest. At the same time, some of these players are desperately trying to rescue their allies in the region. This is where hypocrisy of the pro-Palestinian movements and its supporter has shined that would stupefy an unbiased viewer.
Syrian Army is committing horrendous crimes against humanity. They are openly and vindictively massacring the anti-Government supporters. Click here for the article in Time Magazine that describes some of these atrocities. What do we see from the Arab world and the supporter of the pro-Palestinian movements? NOTHING! Absolute silence! Not a word! To add to the wound, the U.N. who will pass libraries of resolutions condemning Israel for “Excessive Force” if a terrorist suffers a scratch during an act of terrorism against Israel’s civilian population, has been fairly quiet.
The hypocrisy takes a much better turn. Iranian government who has been actively involved in many of the anti-government movements in the region and openly supports and/or funds these movements, has chosen to describe the Syrian Opposition as “kharabkar” which basically means terrorists. Iran has been actively involved in Bahrain and Egypt. In Bahrain, there are stacks of documents proving Iranian involvement in the movement and Islamisation of the movements. Yet, when it comes to Syria, whose government is far worse than Bahrain with regards to oppression of its people, they have been absolutely silent.
Now let’s go a step forward, if being silent about the Syrian movement and characterizing them as “terrorist” is not enough, they are actively involved in suppression of these movements in Syria. Of course, the Iranian government and its leaders are experts at suppressing movements and they are handing out expert advice as to how to murder these protesters and defusing their movements. Iranian government has a spectacular track record when it comes to murdering and destroying democratic movements. There are many evidences that show that many acts that Syrian governments are committing are coming directly from Tehran. One example of it is not allowing funeral services taking place for the soldiers who were shot by the Syrian Army. Another example is when the person heard the agent not speaking a word of Arabic.
A lot of the pro-Palestinian mouthpiece in this corner of the world will try to classify these evidences as mythical tales. However, one aspect of this movement that gives support to these claims is Hezbollah’s behavior. The Coward leader of Hezbollah, Nasrallah, who has been in hiding since 2006, openly supported the Egyptian movement against Mubarak. At the same time, he openly supports Syrian’s government who is far more barbaric toward the protesters than any other regime with exception of Libyan government. Nasrallah even went further to support and praise Assad as a ruler of Syria. This sort of acts directly proves that Iran and its Bitch (a.k.a. Hezbollah) are actively supporting Assad’s massacring of the protesters. Hezbollah and Iran are not just quiet supporters and if history has taught us anything, it would show that these two agents will directly get involved to support their interest.
So at the end, so much for Freedom and Human Rights!!! Pro-Palestinian groups are mute, the U.N is quiet, and Hezbollah and Iran are actively working to destroy the Syrian Anti-Government movements. One might ask, Why? What difference does Syria make for Palestinians? The answer has to do with Hezbollah and its enemy Israel. Syria is a direct supporter of Hezbollah and provides this terrorist group with supply lines of Arms that are purchased by Iranian money for this group. The rout is pretty direct: Iran buys and produce these weapons, ship them to Syria, and from Syria they are delivered to South Lebanon and Hezbollah. These so called Pro-Palestinian groups hate Israel so much and with so much passion that they will sacrifice anything and anybody to achieve their goal which is ultimately the destruction of this Jewish State. Human Rights and Freedom is only an excuse or justification. These groups are fueled by hatred. This is the good old anti-Semitism that we see in action in today’s world.
These Pro-Palestinian groups were sitting quietly when Iranian protesters were being raped and murdered back in 2009. These same groups are still sitting quietly as Syrian government is repeating the same crimes against its own citizens. The level of barbarianism involved in this region in terms of suppressing these movements is beyond anything our civil society could even begin to imagine, yet stupid groups such as Coldplay is busy making stupid songs against Israel. The Arab Spring proved one thing at the end and that is the level of Morality the Israeli Army and Israeli Government has shown in terms of dealing with not just regular protesters who are asking for democracy and/or freedom, rather group of people who are sworn to destroy and massacre its population. The Western world is too blind with its inherited Anti-Semitism to realize appreciate this level of morality and self-control that Israel has utilized throughout history to deal with its enemies. However, sooner or later, the Arab public will see the difference.
At the end, nobody knows what will happen in Syria. Most likely thousands will be massacred and then the protesters will vanish. This is the Middle East Dictators’ Playbook. Then another war with Israel might pop out or we have this stupid U.N Recognition of Palestine that will be utilized by these ruthless regimes to distract their publics. All I could say is this that my thoughts and prayers are with those Syrian Protesters.

The Whores of the Middle East: Palestinians and their Fraudulent Cause

One again, the whores of the Middle East are at it again. By whores of the Middle East, I am referring to the Palestinians and their fraudulent cause. I have analyzed why I classify this cause as a fraudulent cause in detail. However, to sum it up, the reason this cause is fraudulent is because it utilizes nothing but lies and propaganda to deceive the world and utilize their inherited historic anti-Semitism to buy sympathy for their cause. A true cause would never ever need to resort to lies, deceits, terror, tampering and photoshoping pictures, fake videos, fake victims, fakes bodies, and many other deceitful acts they have committed throughout the history.
Another perfect example of this fraudulent cause is the fact the troubled leader of Syria has taken up Palestinian cause to divert attention from his ruthless campaign against his domestic protestors. This is nothing new. These whores of Middle East are constantly being used by the dictators or Islamists from each corner of this region. One day, Palestinians are Pro-Saddam, another day they are Pro-Kaddafi, another day they are Pro-Assad. Just like the local whores who would just be with anybody who are willing to pay them anything, this fraudulent cause and its supporters switch side in a minute regardless of how contradictory their ideologies are in comparison to each other. In many cases, these supporters would not even support a democratic movement in countries who are big supporters of Palestinian Cause. They have even taken arms against the local activists and participated in oppression of democratic movements. A perfect example of it is Iran and during the Anti-Government protests after the controversial election of Ahmadinejad. Die-heart fan of Palestinian Cause were completely mute about what was taking place and not a single word of support had come from any of them. It was a shocking sight since these supporters hold themselves to be supporter of Human Rights and people’s right to choose. It even shocked a lot of Pro-Palestinian Iranians. To be honest, it was an enjoyable view for me.
This fraudulent cause is nothing but a local whore because as soon as anybody wishes to buy some support for their illegitimate government, they start supporting Palestinian Cause. Another perfect example of it is Turkey and its new Islamist movements. New election is coming up and now we hear Turkey trying to use Anti-Israel slogans to rally support this Islamist party. Of course, just like bunch of sheep, these citizens run to the polls and vote these guys into the office thanks to their anti-Semitic beliefs.
Over all, the Arab Springs has done an amazing job magnifying the true value of the Palestinian Cause. A perfect example of such stupidity is Syria. Click here for the full story. Assad is going through The Middle East Handbooks line by line. In the same day that his troops slaughtered 20 protesters, he encouraged and supported an international crime and breach of Israeli Border. The Syrian borders have been the safest border for Israel for over 25 years. Now that Assad is in trouble, he is trying to divert attention by utilizing the local whores.
I sometimes wonder and ask, “Do these Palestinian have ANY self-respect?” I mean come on, throughout history, one dictator after another dictator, one extremists government after another extremists supported them and they quickly jumped in their arms and allowed them to use them as whores to oppress their own citizens, and the only results for them was just more death, terror, and embarrassment. Isn’t it time for Palestinian to truly stop acting this way and cut off contact with these dictators and illegitimate governments?
I do not know if this could be a correct prediction, but I think sooner or later, things will change in the Middle East. Sooner or later, the Arab and Muslim communities across the globe must wake up and ask the proper questions. But meanwhile, Palestinians and the supporter of such fraudulent cause should know that they are not making friends this way by breaching Israel’s border. They are only making enemies in Syria and if Assad falls, they would lose an ally for simply siding with Assad.

It Smells Like 1930s in Europe

When I read this, the only thing that popped into my head was, “it smells like 1930s in Europe”. Click here for the full story. Well, to sum it up, UCU which is University and College Union and largest trade union for academics, has voted to disassociate itself from the EU working definition of anti-Semitism. This is amazing. In another word, they have the audacity to come up with a definition of their own to mask their biased view or justify their anti-Semitism. This step has many different hidden meaning to it that needs to be pointed out.
Hypocrisy:
This step is a significant step in the world of Academia or at least among these hateful numb-nuts. By taking this step, this group of Academia is basically declaring to the world that if we do not like a definition of something, we will go ahead and change it to justify our view. The world of Academia is bound by set of rules that they need to follow. These rules have been established through experiences in history. Anti-Semitism and its definition have been created through history lessons and experiences of the victims who suffered under these practices. What this group of idiots who call themselves academics is saying is that we know better than history, we know better than world, and we will dictate to the world what this definition should be. They are trying to ignore history and the victims’ plight in order to dictate to the world what they consider to be justified treatment of human beings. This is a perfect example of complete utter ignorance that exists among the world Academia and their distance from reality. This is the hypocrisy because they are dictating to other government what they should do or not do and ultimately refrain from dictatorship, yet they are the biggest dictators of the globe dictating what should be considered Anti-Semitism and what should not be considered that. The results of their acts will simply provide others with the tools to persecute and justify killings of a group of people.
Lame Justification:
One might ask why they are redefining the term “Anti-Semitism”. Their lame justification is that the current definition does not allow criticism of Israel. It seems to me that these academics are blind, deaf, or too stupid to see the reality on the ground. Nobody on either side has ever claimed that Israel should not be subject to criticism due to “Anti-Semitism”. However, there is a huge difference between criticism of Israel and being Anti-Semitic. If these stupid Academics would take a good unbiased look at the people who support them, they will realize most of these idiots who are die-heart supporter of Palestinian Cause tends to be Anti-Semitic in their rhetoric. They are simply trying to justify and wash their hands of any responsibility. Just take a good look at what is being published in the Arab world and their justifications of attacking Israel. Just take a good look at Facebook Pages of Pro-Palestinians and read what is written in the comment sections of these pages regarding killing the Jews. To make matter even better, just look at the rhetoric that is being used against Zionism and the rhetoric that were being used during Nazi era against Jews. The only difference is that the word “Jews” have been replaced with “Zionists” and the meaning of the sentence is still the same. In many cases, the sentences are completely identical. Even looking at the cartoons coming from Anti-Israel side, they have a striking resemblance to the cartoons used for persecution of Jews during Nazi era all around Europe. (One simple example is the cartoon I have included here). Therefore, this argument that UCU is making with regards to criticism of Israel is never anti-Semitic is completely false and nothing but a wishful thinking.
One amazing aspect of such view comes from the fact that a lot of people that are pro-Palestinians turn out to be Muslims and leaded by Muslims. Their problem with Israel is not the plight of Palestinians rather than it is the existence of Jewish State in what they consider to be an Arab land. THAT IN ITSELF IS RACIST. UCU does not want to pay attention to that.
History:
This sort of behavior is not anything new. This level of stupidity is nothing new if you look at history. During 1930s, Nazis and the world of Academia run by Hitler and his scholars, constantly and actively tried to redefine terms in order to promote and justify their Anti-Semitic views. This sort of act is nothing new. At the same time, Academia loves to take credit for the development of human values and rights which is completely wrong. With regards to the right of Jews and their human rights, it had nothing to do with the Academics. It had to do with the heinous and egregious crimes committed against Jews during WWII and the natural reaction of the societies that came to its senses and said, “this is wrong”. Now, the UCU wants to take it upon them to redefine history and a term that is developed throughout history. However, their act is nothing but justification of promoting hatred against a group of people of certain belief and religion which in this case is Judaism. This should never be allowed and it should be stopped.
Stupidity of Academia and Social Science:
This sort of acts is another signature of the stupidity of Academia and those being out of teach with the reality of what is going on around the globe. As I mentioned previously on this post, Academia during Nazis did not take major steps to help the Jews or even mention their plight. If anything, if you read the work of Academia during that era or previous to the conclusion of WWII, it is filled with Anti-Semitic rants. The perfect example is Carl Marx and Thomas Pain. Although they have two different views of politics and ideology and they both contained completely different messages and at some point contradictory to one another, their work is filled with Anti-Semitic rants about Jews and their behaviors none of which has any sort of truth to it. Rather these rants were simply rooted in their Anti-Semitic beliefs. This could prove that the world of Academia has always had some sense of Anti-Semitic views that it tolerated as science due to the personal belief of the Academics.
Another point that should be pointed out as a result of these acts by UCU is that it proves how stupid and worthless social sciences are in terms of shining lights to what they consider to be the “truth”. Unlike other type of sciences, social sciences are not really considered science. There are no set terms to define an event. There is no set logic that could be fixed without having to change in future. For example, in math, the whole world knows that two plus two (2 +2) is Four. Nobody could come here and argue that it would be any different. As Professor James A. Gregor wrote in one of his books, the world of Academia in Social science is filled with materials that are there to fit the author’s beliefs that in many cases turn out to be wrong and completely flawed. Perfect example is Academia’s love for Marxism during the early and mid-stages of the 20th century. The result of such love and infatuation is the biggest mass murder of people all around the globe that put Nazis to shame. From Russia to Vietnam to Cambodia to African Countries, Marxism and its value, encouraged and supported by global Academia, ravaged country after country and killed and murdered people in millions. The world of Academia washed its hands of the responsibility and their major support for such movement in their college campuses and books they wrote. They always came up with excuses to justify Marxists crimes. Not to go further into this subject, a lot of these Academics who are anti-Israel are the former Marxists or people who studied under those Marxists Academics.
What the Academia tried to do was simply to change the reality on the ground and come up with a system to redefine society in a way they saw to be fair. The results were mass murders in levels that human race has never witnessed at any time in its history under this sun. The same exact notion is apparent in micro-level here. The world of Academia and especially UCU is trying to redefine a term created by history and historic event in order to fit it into what they consider to be “truth” and dictate to others how they should live their life or treat others. Just as Professor Gregor mentioned in his book, the social science are not bound by any set rules, and it is subject to different changes of the society or belief of the author of the theory. One person could say something now, and the other person could come back with a completely different term. In a different word, the truth never exists in social sciences; rather the truth is simply relative to the author’s belief.
In this case, the world of Academia is not happy with the definition of Anti-Semitism. They are simply tired of justifying their positions to escape the reality of being Anti-Semitic. Therefore, what they are doing is simply to do away with the definition of the term. They simply do not have a case to present to world, and they are trying to change the rules of the game in order to establish themselves as relevant in the argument. This is the prime example of stupidity of Anti-Semitism.
Conclusion:
In the end, the history will be the judge. This sort of acts might present them with temporary relief from true justice and truth; however, it will not provide them with ultimate victory. If they are resorting to pathetic acts of redefining terms, it is a perfect proof of the weakness of their argument. They are trying to ignore the truth by turning a blind eye to the Anti-Semitic views of the majority of the supporter of the Palestinian Cause. It is nothing new in history. It is nothing new in Europe. Europe is at its best and time after time, they have shown it throughout history. They are simply too Anti-Semitic to play any role to negotiate or dictate to Israel how it should conduct negotiations with its neighbor who are sworn to destroy it. This sort of acts is not helpful at all for peace, Palestinian cause, or Human Rights as they claim they are trying to do by resorting to this sort of acts. It will only provide other dictators in the region, such as Iran, with the tools to kill their own people and conduct horrendous crimes against humanity and resort to simply redefine terms to justify their acts. This sort of acts is the biggest crime against humanity and the Academia and their silence against UCU’s actions are the responsible party that history will hold accountable in its books. This is why, It smells like 1930s.

Cartoons that Say it All

Memorial Day Weekend is upon us. Although I will probably be working through the weekend, I would like to take a moment to honor the brave men and women in uniform who have taken upon themselves to defend this country. I saw this cartoon and I thought to myself that this is one of the best cartoons I have ever seen. So I decided to put it up on my blog.

I also saw these two cartoons that made me laugh. I believe the artists in both of these cartoons nailed it.

At the end, I wish everybody safe Memorial Day Weekend and don’t forget to honor our men and women in uniform.

You Can Run, but You Can’t Hide ….

Throughout its short history, Israel has always pulled stunts like this. Gilad’s Schalit abductor has been sent to meet his 72 Virgins. Here is the article covering the story.

IDF: Shalit abductor killed
Senior Hamas man involved in IDF soldier's abduction killed in Gaza strike, army says

Senior Hamas member Taysir Saliman Abu-Saname, killed by the IDF in a southern Gaza Strip strike early Satruday, was involved among other things in Gilad Shalit's abduction, IDF officials said. The sources said the Shalit family was informed of the news. Abu-Saname held several senior posts in Hamas' military wing, Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades. He was also involved in the firing of rockets on the southern Israel city of Eilat, military officials said.

Hamas denies claims. However, Abu Ubaida, a spokesman for Hamas' armed wing, said Saname killing "will not affect our work" and dismissed Israel's claims. He said Israel "does not have the information about Shalit's capture to be able to say who among our leaders had a role in its execution." Ubaida also accused Israel of "looking for an achievement as a cover for their crimes." Army: 11 terror cells struck. Overall, IDF aircraft and armored forces struck some 11 terror cells in the northern and southern Gaza Strip, including terrorists firing rockets and mortar shells at Israel, the army said Saturday evening. The Air Force bombed another 15 terror targets in the Strip, including outposts, smuggling tunnels, and sites used to store and produce weapons. The army said that the targets were hit accurately.

Meanwhile, terror groups fired more than 120 rockets, mortar shells and missiles at Israel in the past two days, including more than 50 on Saturday. (Click Here for the Link to Source).

After reading this, what comes to mind is this: you could run, but you could never hide from IDF if you have Jewish blood on your hand. Israel has always fulfilled its promise to soldiers and their family that they’d do everything in their power to bring back soldiers or their body and bring their capturers and murderers to justice. Let’s hope for a day where Schalit is returned to his family. I am praying for daring rescue operation where it truly embarrasses Hamas. However, even if it is done through an exchange, I’d still be happy. He is an IDF soldiers who is still alive and MUST BE RETURNED TO HIS FAMILY ALIVE.

Overall: My sincere congrats to IDF for this achievement.

Arab Spring or Israel Spring?

As we’re dealing with the situation in the Arab world, you can’t fail to think what is Israel busy doing. Israel’s hands are tied with Hamas. Israel has declared a silent war on Hamas. This silent war is summarized in this Washington Post Article. (Click Here for the Article).
The questions that jumps out is “why now”? Things are flaring up in Gaza and southern Part of Israel. However, why has Israel waited this long to go into action? Israel has always been one step of its surrounding threats and it is mere negligence if Israel just ignored the problem with Hamas. The answer lies within several changes in the region.
1. The first change is the most obvious one. The Arab Spring is changing the complete picture for the region. As much as a lot of Terrorist Apologists are celebrating the events in the Arab world and calling it a slap in the face for Israel, Israel is quietly taking advantage of these events. This goes to prove the world that the Arab world and Arab government are incredibly unstable and unpredictable. Therefore, any peace treaty with these countries would simply prove to be nothing but a joke. The perfect example is Egypt. Even though EU and other Western countries who tend to be huge critic of Israeli policies are silent about what is happening in those Arab countries, but they are observing what is taking place in those countries. They are getting a sense of understanding with regards to the type of threat that Israel is surrounded with. At the same time, they are discovering about the Arab hypocrisy. All these Arab countries cried their eyes out for the Palestinian. They would be up in the arms in the UN if a single terrorist would be killed in Gaza strip. Yet, they are brutally murdering their own citizens with a straight face. Perfect example is Syria. Therefore, the critics of Israel cannot really pick on Israel if Israel is taking steps to protect herself. It is the best time for Israel to go into action and neutralize her enemies who are sworn to harm Israel’s citizens. The notion of “Israel has the right to protect her citizens” is making a lot of sense to those Western countries.
2. The Goldstone report was retracted by the Goldstone. I do not know what changed his mind or how did it change, but it was the biggest surprise of the year. I really did not see that happening and if you would have told me last year that this damaging and inaccurate report would be retracted by Goldstone himself, I would have said “you are being delusional.” Well, it happened and its effect, although minimal, allows Israel to point out that these fact finding groups are completely incompetent with frivolous agendas that does not involve truth. Goldstone’s retraction will not change anything for Israel. The funniest part is that the U.N has said that they have no intention of discrediting the Goldstone report even though its author has said it is inaccurate and defective and should not be used. This is U.N. for you. Israel will have to face the U.N. hypocrisy, however now the game has changed. Israel does not need to redeem herself to these Arab Propaganda Mouth Pieces (a.k.a. UN Resolutions) simply because they are losing accuracy day by day. It gives Israel a free hand to simply chase after these Hamas terrorist around the globe.
Israel has its work cut out for her. The war with Hamas is not something that is won overnight. This is the Middle East politics. Great majority of Israelis have the same mindset that this is a long war. With exception of bunch of Leftist Groups in Israel or U.S who are losing credibility on hourly basis, Israeli citizens are behind their government in terms of a Hamas showdown. Hamas on the other hand does not have such a blessing. There is growing discomfort with Hamas as a government due to the fact that they failed to deliver what they promised. Hamas is finding new friends in Egypt and Egyptian government. However, it would not be enough to redeem its failures in Gaza Strip. Palestinians in Gaza Strip are not dumb and as much as they love to hate Israel for their problems and shortcomings as a nation, they can still feel the pain that Hamas is inflicting upon them through disastrous and self-serving policies. This is exactly why we see Hamas is not interested in any sort of direct conflict with Israel at this point. There are also rumors floating around with regards to rift between the Political and Military wings of this terrorist organization. This is not good news for Hamas.
Now let’s put the whole picture together. The Arab Spring is consuming most of World’s attention. U.N and other NGO’s credibility took a hard hit with regards to Goldstone retractions, plus the ruthlessness of Arab Government and their stunning hypocrisy, add that to growing dissatisfaction of Gaza’s residence with Hamas, and this is one opportunity for Israel to go into a silence war with Hamas. Israel might or might not engage in military actions against Hamas which might involve ground forces, however at this point Israel has the upper hand. I wonder: should we call it “Arab Spring” or “Israel Spring”?
