My Favorit Clip

It is been a while since I have posted a video. I didn't want to post anything depressing especially with what's going on in Virginia Tech and also my finals and a lot of other stuff. So, I decided to post my favorit clip. It is a nice and motivating song.

This is an amazing clip because these are extremely powerful generals, yet they look very simple and very down to earth. Look at how simple their lives are compare to Arab countries' generals. At the same time, I don't understand why the commander of my Brigade is a women? One of these guys is a total nerd.

For those who don't know what this song is about, it's about Moshe Yalon. He is (was) chief of staff of Israeli Defense Forces. He looks like a nerd too! I love this clip!

Holocaust Remembrance Day

Well, today is the Holocaust Remembrance Day. It is a day where every human being should think back and realize what went wrong. However, for Jews it has a totally different meaning. Six million of us walked to our death. There are a lot of questions that Jew might ask. What happened? Why did it happen? How did it happen? How come on one did anything to save the Jews? My answer: IT’S OUR OWN FAULT.

Jews were the most passive group who were blinded by civilized society of Europe. They thought the Europeans were going to protect them. They were under impression that knowledge and education were the only tools for survival. They are necessary tools to have as a matter of being a better person and higher quality of life, but it won’t save your life. These Jews were simply too passive and not aggressive. They all fucking walked to their death in an orderly fashion! Even Nazis were surprised of how orderly these people were walking to their death. There was not a major uprising. I mean come on, six million simply don’t vanish. You are about to die, grab a gun, fight, don’t just simply walk and hope you’ll live another 2 minutes. There was only one major uprising in Ghetto of Varsho and it brought German Armies down to its knees. These guys forced German Army to use its Air Force and Tanks to clear this Ghetto. Just imagine what would have happened if at least 20% of the Jews would have resisted. If 20% is too much, just imagine if 5% of them had resisted. But they didn’t, they relied on the world to protect them. AND THEY DIED.

IDF does not like the idea of Holocaust. There is this major confrontation between IDF and Holocaust survivors. Don’t get me wrong, IDF does respect Holocaust survivors and everything, but they argue that Jews should have fought. That’s why IDF has this mentality of “Never Again!” I agree with IDF on this issue. However, every time a European Jew would hear such thing, they get mad. Maybe it is because I am a Sephardic Jew, but once you look around the world and in Israel you see the difference. Sephardic Jews are a lot more aggressive and pro-Israel and defending Israel. As oppose to European or American Jews who tend to be more passive. It is a good combination to run a country like Israel because it doesn’t allow Israel to turn into a totally war mongering country. However, the backlash is for example that 99% of the leftist wackos who call for destruction of Israel and proclaim to be Jews tend to be European.

Nazi Germany never got a chance to reach the Jews in Arab countries regions with exception to Morocco and Northern African countries. The argument that the Arabs would have defended Jews is simply Bullshit!! In Iran, Iranian Muslims had already Jewish properties thinking the Nazi Germany was coming. Iranian Shah had already made prior dealings with Hitler about Iranian Jews in that country. But again, it is an unknown area of we don’t know what would really happen.


Holocaust has a very clear message to Jews, NO BODY IS GOING TO PROTECT YOU BUT YOURSELF! No matter how much you think you are part of a nation or country or government, as history has prove over and over and over again, you are a Jew, and there is a chance you might get kicked out! No one will role up their sleeves to protect you except Jews and in today’s world it is Israel. This message is to those leftist who call for destruction of Israel and they claim to be Jews: there is no other place like Israel that is going to protect you. Just like when an Iranian is in danger, Iranian government has the obligation to protect that Iranian, as a Jew, Israel has an obligation to protect you and it has done so almost every time it tried. If you think that you could be respected or survive a day without a state of Israel, you are dreaming!!

Class Struggle v. Justice and Fairness

First of all, I would like to say Happy Passover and Eide Nourooz to all the Jews and Persians around the globe. I would have written something earlier about it but thank to law school finals, I did not get a chance to do it any earlier.

Three Duke Players were finally exonerated and all the charges were dropped against them. From the beginning, the whole story was a joke and it was obvious that the case will not hold water. Any moron, without any knowledge of law or evidence or criminal procedure would have said, these stripers were lying. However, why did the D.A went ahead with pressing charges? What I loved the most was media's reaction and they jumped to conclusion and they were all portraying these players as three rich white rapist. What happened to Justice? Due Process? Reasonableness?

There are three categories of classifying this case: 1) Black V. White-Plaintiff(s) were black & Defendant were Black 2) Poor v. Rich-You could look at it lower class v. higher class where we have a striper who is from lower class going after a upper class rich guy 3) and my favorit of all Female v. Male-Rape.

All three of these categories of struggle are very clear in our society. This is a typical reaction that is the characteristic of Leftist think tanks or former or current communists believers. The leftist media picked up on this case and unfairly destroyed these guys' image. In this case, as much as the society hates it, the justice is residing with the rich white upper class males. Justice should not be affected by the societal struggles; rather justice should only empower the element of fairness and truth. In this case, the media and society automatically made up their mind that these three rich white boys were guilty and the poor black strippers were raped. Unfortunately, the D.A. felt into the same trap.

If you look at global politics, we see the same exact scenario. The society always side with the poor or less powerful. An example of it is Israeli Palestinian conflict. It is usually the practice of the Left and former or Marxists believers who think the weak is always right. Just because Palestinians are weak, they have the right to act or do anything as they please. Another example is world's view toward U.S. Anytime, U.S. tries to defend itself or defend its interest, irregardless of the other county's ruthlessness (such as Saddam) or its treatment of its citizens, the left and the rest of world would presume this act as a negative act. In another word, Justice is being sacrificed for a concept created by Marx called "class struggle" which is rich against poor, or strong v. weak.

I do not agree with it. I believe justice should be blind to any outside theory or struggle regardless of class, race, sex, or social status!

The Showdown with Iran!

I am in full final mode now. That means I am going to waste a lot of time reading news. As I am reading news, I cannot turn a blind eye to this Iranian hostage situation. It is as if we are reviewing 1979 again. Back then, the diplomats were spies, and now they are aggressor to Iranian integrity. YEAH RIGHT!! DOES ANYBODY SERIOUSLY BUY THAT CRAP?!!

British Armed Forces and their generals are showing hard and crucial evidence indicating that their boys (and girl) did not enter Iranian waters. They used these GPS satellite imaging showing the last communication and all the technology that indicated their locations to prove their point. They had this very well organized conference and they presented their case. The funny part is Iran tried to copy that. They brought this moron General with a paper map trying to prove the case. They have this paper map with drawing on them claiming that the soldiers were arrested there. Compare the two for a second: GPS satellite and last communication spot located on the map, or a paper drawing from this fool claiming they have hard evidence and yet they fail to show single evidence. On the other hand, this dumb shit Ahmadinejad gave a speech today regarding a war with Iran. He says Iran is a nation Martyrdom and Emam Mahdi (the 12th Emam that I talked about on my previous post) will protect Iran. You dumb fuck, where the fuck is this stupid Emam when Iranian daughters and virgins are being sold off overseas to Arab Sheikhs? Where the fuck is this Emam when Iranians are now starving due to high inflation rate in Iran in the past few weeks? What the fuck or why the fuck does this Emam need Nuclear Bomb or as you are claiming Nuclear Energy for? Can't this Emam who supposedly is going to shoot down B-52s, bring free energy so we really don’t have to deal with the great Satan?

IS IT ME OR IRAN HAS COMPLETELY LOST IT? SERIOUSLY? What happened to sanity? What is this government doing?

Another claim that an Iranian General made: the Zionists occupiers are planning a suicide attacks in all Arab nations trying to destroy these countries and take over them. And then he says, "it is my advice to you my Arab brothers!" First of all: Israel does not believe in suicide missions you dumb shit! It was your country who actually accepted it as a military tactic which never works. Plus you moron, when was the last time Arabs considered Persians their brothers?! When was the last time you guys were brothers?

Another funny issue is that all the Political blogs that are leftist and very pro-Palestinians and are persians have shut the fuck up on these issues. Not a word is coming out of them. I wonder why!! I thought they were the seekers of the truth and I thought the "left" had their support in seeking that truth, come on guys, I am waiting for an article from you guys trying to glorify Iran again?


On the last note: Iranian government is different than Iranian people. Unfortunately this government is destroying Iranian image around the world. Iranian populations within Iran are tired of this government and their tactics. Every voice that is coming out that country is screaming and tired of this government. It is very crucial to differentiate between the two. The picture on the right is the best example of what a true Iranian is all about. This is a student holding up a t-shirt of his friend who is a student activist for democracy in Iran and he was beaten very badly by the revolutionairy guards (Pasdarana) and para-military terrorist group of Basij. This guy was jailed for this picture. However, there are some of these morons who live in the U.S who only go to Iran on vacation and eat Kabob while they are there and claim to be the true Iranians, and they should be ignored. If they are Iranian enough as they claim to be and they love this government so much, go back to Iran and live under that rule and then claim this government is justified in their acts. BITCH!

Remembering a True Hero!

I was looking for a subject to write about. Frankly there were a lot of things that I found interesting to write about. I could have written about Yemen and how those morons started this whole demonstration because somehow they heard Quran was disrespected (somebody should tell them to stop disrespecting other people's holy books and then expect others to respect yours); I was going to write about this whole situation about Iran and Britain, I was very much tempted write about this so called Palestinian Tsunami (this is good example of how exaggeration has been programmed in Palestinian genes, six people died in Gaza as result of this sewage break and they call it Tsunami as oppose to hundreds of thousands of people died in the real tsunami! or how they call their situations genocide and ethnic cleansing as oppose to Holocaust that millions of Jews were slaughtered!). Then I read this article about Maj. Ro'i Klein.

Maj. Ro'i Klein was a commander of a Golani Unit in the village of Beit Jabile during the summer conflict with Hizbollah. His battalion was involved in heavy gun battles with Hizbollah terrorists. Apparently he radioed for back-ups and two of his soldiers move toward him, and then Ro’i saw this grenade was thrown in the path of the soldiers moving toward him. The soldiers did not see the grenade. Maj. Ro'i Klein attempted to scream and notify the soldiers about the grenade but they could not hear him. Then Maj. Ro'i Klein threw himself on the Grenade and he died. Now he is up for the highest Medal of Honor in Israel that has not been issue since Yum Kippur War.

My initial reaction was that we should not honor this soldier because of my view regarding my opposition to suicide bombing. This resembled something that I always argue about that there is no honor in suicide bombing. However, as I thought more about it, I realized that his act was an act of heroism as oppose to suicide bombers' act that are acts of murder.

Maj. Ro'i Klein threw himself on a grenade to save the life of his fellow soldiers. He did not do it as a coward act or his frustration by a system. He was not trying to escape any system and he did not do it to kill women and children with himself. He did not kill himself to send a political message either. He did not kill himself because he was sexually frustrated and he wanted to go meet 70 virgins in heaven. He had a wife and two beautiful children. He did not kill himself simply because he was brain washed to do so or he did not kill himself to kill an enemy. He did not kill himself under a political ideology or glorify a religion. His only goal was to save life, lives of his two soldiers that he personally saw himself responsible for. This is exactly the opposite of Arab or Muslim type of practice and mentality where the leaders stand back and ask the soldiers to kill themselves for their protection or their so called "just" cause. This is not the same case like in Iran who the child soldier would run on land mine like bunch of donkeys just for trucks and or tanks could cross those land mines. In Israel, the commander always goes in first and he looks after his soldiers as his own children. It was not like Hizbollah where the terrorists were found face down in the mud, but their guns and ammunitions were missing!!



Maj. Ro'i Klein's act and deserve all the salutes and respect a person or an army could offer. He was buried on the day that was supposed to be 31st birthday. He is the same type of guy who is called Jewish terrorists because he lived in a settlement. He is survived by his wife and two kids. Maj. Ro'i Klein: from bottom of my heart I salute you and you are my hero! May your soul rest in peace!

New Palestinian Government: New Tactic or Just an Image?

Lately, we have this new joke being created that is Palestinian Unity government. This whole Mecca Summit supposedly created this unity government in order to solve the problem of Hamas not recognizing Israel. Another issue was to force Hamas to be more moderate and resign terror. The funny part is this Summit did not achieve none of those goals. The only thing it achieved was that it stopped the fighting between Fatah and Hamas. That is a positive outcome of this Summit, but the important element that is missing is that there is no recognition of Israel, neither do we see any resignation from terrorist activities against the state of Israel.

The funny part is that the so called free world today is recognizing such government. Soon, this world will pay these terrorist groups’ employee checks (I am referring to Hamas and their employees). Million of dollars will flow right into these groups and the only thing that this year of boycotting has achieved is actually pushing Fatah in adapting a harder stance against Israel even in Fatah. The governments who have actually began recognizing and assisting this outcome, are usually the ones who take the most anti-Israel stance in Europe. These countries are Norway and France, both of which who have sever internal problem with their Muslim population. Now, Norway is funding this government who openly call for the destruction of Israel as a state.

The only positive aspect of this Summit is that it stopped brother killing that was going on in Gaza. It brought peace back to that region and created a united front that Israel can deal with through negotiations or military force. Hamas has recognized previous peace deals with Israel and therefore they have to abide by future negotiation. In this situation, Israel has one united front that can sign a deal with. If and when this deal is broken, the PA cannot say, it was a terrorist group and we condemn the act. In another words, it gives them a sense of accountability that has been missing for a long time.

However, my question for the reader is, even with this unity government, is there any hope in the horizon? Can anything positive come out of this whole power struggle among Palestinians? Will Hamas and PA try to implement a new educational system that actually promote peace? Or is it the same old story?

The Definition of Truth in Documentaries Today

There is this new documentary that was aired in Israel that is making a buzz. It is a documentary that alleges Israeli forces led by Beniyamin Ben Eliezer, former defense minister and labor party leader, had executed the Egyptian soldiers in cold blood and they were POWs. Well, the movie initiated strong criticism from the same country whose parliament not more than a month ago pledged that a Nuclear Bomb being used on Israel could solve the Israel’s question. Now this country wants to stand up against war crimes violations. They allege that it was a war crime and same bull crap that we hear all the time.

After the relation between Israel and Egypt started deteriorating, the detective went to work to find out whether this film has any credibility. It didn’t take more than a week until the director himself admits that those weren’t Egyptian Commando Unit. The next day he even admits that the footage from the archive he used were from a totally different scene completely unrelated to the subject matter of his documentary. Then he admits that they were Palestinian fighters being used by Egyptian soldiers and they were not executed and the whole situation is not completely ambiguous. OK, so far there are four things being admitted here. The question is does this documentary pledge anything or show anything at all?

This is the same story we always hear. During the Lebanon war, it turned out that associated press started working on the pictures to make the situation seem worse and Beirut was up in smoke. Then it was in Qana when it came out that the building was bombed at 12 am and it came down 8 am. The number of the killed did not add up and at the same time, the majorities were not kids and women, as they had alleged. At the same time, there were no men among dead for some reason. After Israel started releasing videos about how the building was being used and how the victim somehow were not really victims, then Hizbollah dropped this issue of Qana and never spoke of it again! I wonder why?!

In a day or age that we live today with freedom of speech, you could make any movie you and allege anything. With digital technology or access to different type of archive, you could create any reality you want. The thing is, in today’s world, the left and anti-Zionists would utilize any tool to try to discredit Israel. Israel might have made some mistakes just as any country has in time of war, however it does not justify making phony documentaries and question integrity of people.

Another issue: maybe Egypt should focus on their own war criminal during the Yum Kippur war instead of relying on a unreliable documentary to stand up for human rights. As soon as they crossed the canal in the war, there were about telephone operators working in the canals who were female officer. First they were brutally raped and then their heads were cut off. So my message to Egypt is: calm your nerves and before you take out your sword to cut the head of the criminals, conduct an investigation. This is the exact problem in Arab world and it is the lack of due process.

"Don't Ask, Don't Tell"

Today, as I was reading news, I had a feeling it was not going to be a good day. Well, the bad news did not appear on my news screen or any website or TV. It was in school. I forgot today was the day that the whole school were going to dress up against “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell Policy” of the United States Armed Forces.

My stance on this issue is very clear and it consistent with IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) Gay and Lesbian policy. There is absolutely no special care given to Gay or Non-Gay soldiers. Army is not a place to celebrate your identity or your sexual orientation. Once you join an Army, you become the property of that army. At the same time, the army should not deny you any rights based on the fact that you are gay. However, army panels should not be used as a panel for special interest goals. When you join the army, you are a soldier and you will all be treated as one. That means that if other guys make fun of you, the army should not and will not prosecute anybody on your behalf because they made fun of your sexual orientation. Just like, when a unit would pick on a soldier for whatever reason (like hazing), the army should not make a special case for gay soldiers. The soldiers are all treated as one and the burden of protecting yourself in the social world of army is on the soldier.

However, that really wasn’t the reason I got upset. I mean like I said, I am sort of against this whole “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. I got upset when I saw all these Arabs guys wearing that shirt against the policy. I mean, come on man, you look at Arab countries around the globe; Gays are being executed and jailed for even being Gay. Homosexuality is forbidden in any sense or form in Islam. I never saw any of these guys forming any groups such “Arabs against Gay Treatment in Arab countries.” I honestly think that they are not sincere in their support for this group. I believe that these guys would do anything to damage or cause damage to the U.S armed forces. I know for fact majority of these guys who hate and despise this country or the armed forces of this country, are all getting Federal Assistance to even be in this school. Yet, they like to damage it in anyways possible. And it is messed up. If you are going to do it, do it right. Do it from within first and then expand to others.

By the way, when I say “you guys” I don’t mean all Arabs or Muslims. I am talking about the group of people who hate Israel passion and criticize Israel for everything they could find. These groups are also the same group who hate every thing the U.S. stands for and yet they live here. I am talking about the group of Muslims who run around condemning this country left and right and call it an evil empire!

What is wrong with the Middle East?

Today, one of the most unstable regions of our mortal soil is the Middle East. There is not a single day that you do not hear something about this region in the news. This region, not only affects the daily lives of its residents, it has a global affect. It has affected many college campuses and it has been the subject of countless debates. I ask myself why? Why is this region so unstable? Why is this region so out of touch with reality?

The history proves that region has never been peaceful. This region is birth place of three powerful religions (with exception of Judaism which is not very powerful). A lot people say that the Middle East is the signature of co-existent. I say it is the clash of civilizations. This clash of civilization is not the same the one Samuel Huntington came described. I think this clash is rooted in a deeper level that goes all the way down to individual units in the society. I believe that this clash is the result of cultural teachings that is programmed in every single unit in those societies. I think since the problem of the Middle East lies within individuals, the cure rests in education. You have the educated the masses about democracy, practicing democracy in a responsible fashion, separation of religion and government, accountability in the government actions, human values, human rights, the right of the others to exist, tolerance, and many other Western values that is lacking in the Middle Eastern countries. If the education is completed, I think it would make it a lot harder to mobilize these masses. That means the support for militant ideologies will begin to diminish!

I am not introducing a new doctrine here; for years there has been countless demand within Arab societies for a better set of education, yet the ruling government has strictly opposed this plan due to the fact that it would promote democracy. Spread of democracy would mean the end of religious influence in the society, and the end of tyranny. Therefore, we have two powerful forces resisting such demand for a better education system. And so far, they have done a fantastic job in keeping Westernized education out of their societies.

This is one way to describe the situation. However, I do believe that this could be the remedy to the Middle East. The answer is still unclear to me! Anyone else has any better reason why this region cannot stabilize?

February 6th, The Unforgetable Day!

Today when I was desperately trying to finish the stupid assignment for my Civil Procedure class, I tried to write the date down on the assignment and I realized, wow! Today is February 6th! February 6th has a very special value for me because this is the date that we flew from Vienna Austria to Los Angeles CA. I always tend to remember importatnt dates that affected my life. However, if you ask me what is my mom's birthday, I am clueless! I remember December 18th was our interview with the U.S. Council in Austria.

I still remember it like it was yesterday. It was freezing, but we were so excited and at the same time a little scared. This was like 5th time we were moving, but this was it. This was no supposed to be temporary and that is why I was a little bit scared. I remember tried to sleep and I couldn’t. This was like the end of our journey and quest for a safe place to live. Then came about 3:40 am and our ride arrived, since I was the only man and even though I was 12 years old, I helped my dad carry all those big languages to the vans. As I sat in that car and the car started moving, I knew this was it! I tried to say good-bye to that old building. I was sad, another chapter of my life was over and the new one was beginning. I remember, I was thinking to myself, what’s going to happen to us? Where am I going to be in 10 years or even a year or even a month? All these uncertainties were going through my life! My sisters were crying! I was just scared! The feeling in that moment is unexplainable!

That was still nothing compare to my feelings when I sat on that KLM 747 and the pilot announced that the flight is going to Los Angeles. I remember, when the plane started moving, I told myself, “this is it! This is going to be my future!” My father turned back and said, here we go! He turned around and he said, “I went through all these for you guys to have a good future, don’t blow it!” I looked outside of the window and the as the plane was slowly moving, I promised myself that no matter what, I will make a better person of myself. I will never quit and work hard to achieve a successful life. Suddenly, I felt a little bit more relieved. I was not that scared anymore! Maybe in that second, I grew up and I just became a man, even though my girlfriend and mom don’t think I ever grew up. But I remember, I felt better.

Now, today is February 6th, many years later, I am pulling an all-nighter trying to finish this assignment. I am kind of proud of myself to be here and to have achieved this much in my life. I have three degrees from Berkeley, now I am in law school, I have traveled around the world, and I feel a lot more experienced. Even though I feel I could have done a lot better, but still, I did a lot more than many other people! All thank to my father. Both of my sisters are married with kids, my parents are enjoying a comfortable life. It cost my dad a heart attack and six or seven trips to hospital, but we do enjoy a very comfortable life.

When I remember those days, I cannot ignore the fact that I owe all these to America. If the U.S. had denied us the opportunity, who would have known where I would be now. I really do appreciate the benefit I have recieved in this country and I say "THANK YOU!"

Zionism and Iranian Jews

Just today as I was sitting in my Torts class, I was bored and I decided to read some of the blogs that belong to anti-Israel and anti-Zionists groups. There was one argument regarding how the Jews in Iran are so happy and they hate Israel and how they don’t support Israel and they love Iran more than Israel.

Then I came across people who were somehow using some foreign statistics regarding the number of the Jews who lived in Iran prior to 1979 and also the number of Jew who currently reside in Iran.

I would like to bring this subject to my own blog. See, Iranian Jews in Iran have been and will always been the biggest Zionists supporters around the globe. If under pressure, with intimidation from Iranian government, these people make statements against Israel, it doesn’t mean they are pro-Islamic republic of Iran. All my Jewish friends who live in here now or they lived in Israel, our biggest fantasy and dream was to visit Israel one day and join IDF. Even today, when most of us reside in the U.S., we still have full support for Israel.

The other side, always try to utilize an argument against Zionism and portray how Iranian Jews are against Zionism. They will utilize any tool in their hand trying to discredit the existence of Israel. One of these tools is portraying how Jews are against Zionism. My message to them is: dream on! Just because of small minority of spoiled Jews in the U.S who are against Zionist, doesn’t mean all Jews especially Jews in Iran are against Zionism.

But why do they try so hard trying to disconnect Zionism and from Jewish support? The reason is very simple: to try escape the reality that most of their view is simply anti-Semitic. They are trying to portray that their view is not anti-Semitic. Even though they hate Zionists more than anything because it is an ideology that calls for a Jewish nation that defends Jews, they still claim that it doesn’t have the right to exist. However, it is very apparent from the actions of Islamic Republic and a lot of Arab countries (for example Holocaust Denying Conference), and many of these anti-Zionist groups, that these groups ARE anti-Semitic.

Iranian Jews have flourished very well in Israel and in the United States. It is the perfect proof to show that Jews in Iran are oppressed because they are always held back in every aspect of the society. Any action to try to hide these facts is just a pathetic way of excusing their own ignorance toward Israel and Iranian Jews.

Former prime minister Ariel Sharon told President George W. Bush ahead of the US-led invasion of Iraq of the dangers Saddam Hussein posed for the region, but also warned him that the Arab world would not be receptive to democracy, former ambassador to the US Danny Ayalon told The Jerusalem Post on Thursday.

Ayalon, who sat in on numerous Bush-Sharon meetings, said the US and Israel held close consultations during the run-up to the war, but that Sharon was very careful not to advocate any particular American action.

Ayalon said he served as "Sharon's watchdog," ensuring that when officials from the Defense or Foreign ministries came to Washington they would give US officials a "true analysis, but never cross the line of recommending policy."

Israel, Ayalon said, did not tell the Americans what they should do, since Sharon was "astute and careful enough" to realize that this could lead to future accusations that Israel led the US into Iraq. But, Ayalon said, Bush did receive Sharon's analysis of the situation.

According to Sharon, Saddam was an acute threat, and he supported his analysis by pointing to the Iraqi dictator's conduct during the Iran-Iraq War; his launching of 39 Scud missiles at Israel, and more than 40 at Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain, during the first Gulf War; his material and logistical support for terrorists; and his track record of intimidating his neighbors.

In addition, Ayalon said the Saddam threat factor was driven home by the intelligence information that "we all shared" that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction, "especially in the chemical area."

Another element involved in these analyses was the fact that despite Israel's bombing of Iraq's Osirak nuclear plant in 1981, Iraq still had the blueprints and technological know-how to create nuclear weapons, "and it was just the matter of finding the right moment to put their program back on track in a fast manner."

Regarding democratization of the region, Ayalon said Sharon told Bush it would take a long time, and "the president understood that this was something that would not be done overnight.

"Based on his intimate knowledge of the Arab world, Sharon was skeptical of the idea that Arab societies were ready to receive democratic culture," Ayalon said.

Former Sharon spokesman Ra'anan Gissin, meanwhile, said Sharon "used his expertise on guerrilla warfare" during his discussions with Bush, and advised that before trying to impose democracy on Iraq it was necessary to bring about stability.

Gissin said Sharon told Bush that whatever he decided, the US would eventually leave the region, but Israel would have to stay and deal with the consequences of US action or inaction.

Gissin described one meeting where Sharon gave Bush a "lecture on how to deal with counterinsurgency," and discussed with him in detail the need to isolate Iraq, prevent the flow of money and weapons and keep the insurgents under constant pressure.

According to Gissin, Sharon was adamant that no Israeli official should speak publicly about what the US should do. However, he said, in the private meetings Sharon warned against "putting the cart before the horse, and said that there can't be democracy without stability."

Gissin said Sharon also warned Bush that democratization would drive a wedge between the US and its moderate Arab allies in the region - Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the Persian Gulf countries - who were worried about what this democratization would mean for their regimes.

Iran’s new intellectual movement has been very productive. As we glance through last week, we could only see one thing, bunch of Holocaust deniers trying to figure out what happened sixty years ago. What is amazing here is that they call such a catastrophic event a myth. Amazingly, they are all anti-Israel and anti-Zionists. Through out Jewish history, this is not a new chapter. We have dealt with people like this every day through out lives and this is a main reason we have Israel today. As Hertzel said it one day, only Jews will defend Jews. However, this is not the topic of my blog today. I want to ask something from President Ahmadinejad.

My question is, you believe in Prophet Muhammad and Islam. You are even willing to sacrifice the whole Iran for the Islam and what the Prophet presented to the world. However, you call “holocaust” a myth? Which one is a bigger myth, something that some guy brought about 1700 years ago or something that happened 50 years ago and people who committed it are saying they did it? You are calling an event a myth when there are eye witnesses and survivors; however you believe in a school thought that is based upon 1700 years ago event? An event which by the way slaughtered your country when the Arabs attacked Iran. An event that took place that went from one country to another. How about if we call Prophet Muhammad terrorist? A Lebanese man was killed on Sunday in clashes that broke out between Shiite and Sunni Muslims in a predominantly Sunni neighborhood in West Beirut, police officials said.

Ahmed Ali Mahmoud, a 20-year-old Shiite Muslim, was shot during the clash in the Tarik Jdideh neighborhood. It was not clear where the gunfire came from, the officials said. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not allowed to speak to the press.

Tension has been running high in Lebanon, particularly since Friday when Hizbullah supporters began an open-ended sit-in in Beirut in an effort to bring down the US-backed government of Prime Minister Fuad Saniora.

The clash in Tarik Jdideh occurred as a group of Hizbullah supporters were returning from Beirut's downtown and passed through the Sunni neighborhood.

The police officials said the two sides threw stones at each other before the clash before shots were fired. More than 20 others were slightly wounded in similar clashes Sunday evening.

The ongoing protest in downtown Beirut has raised fears that violence would erupt between Lebanon's various religious and political groups.
The Shiite Muslim Hizbullah militant group, which has had an upsurge in political clout after its summer war with Israel, called for the demonstration in an effort to force Saniora to resign.

The Saniora government is largely backed by Sunni Muslims and Christians who oppose involvement in Lebanon's affairs by neighboring Syria, which was forced to end a nearly three-decade military occupation last year.

Hizbullah, an ally of Syria that is backed by many Shiite Muslims and some Christians, contends the fight is against American influence, saying the United States now dominates Lebanon in the interests of Israel.

New Face of Iran

First of all, I want to apologize if I did not write anything for a while. I just started law school and I must say that it is very challenging. However, I am going to attempt to post at least one article a week.

Today, I am sitting in my property class tutoring, and I realized that I have forgotten to bring my case materials, so this tutoring turn out to be a total waste. So I started surfing the web and I came across interesting documents regarding how liberals in this country view some good people around the world.

Today, I am going to write about this country in Middle East who truly deserves to be the super power of the region. This country is Iran. Iran has a very rich culture with an amazing population. Every part of this country has its own character and every part of its soil is very dear to them. Iran has gone through a lot of good and bad times; and today she is going through one of its darkest days of its history.

About twenty-six years ago this country was taken over by bunch of Mullah who took advantage of its citizens’ religious beliefs by making false promises. However, I am not going to talk about Iran’s culture or what happened during 1979 and the revolution. My target in this article is going to DR. Ahmadinejad. Yes, I know you are surprised but he really has a doctoral degree and a lot of his lovers in this country always point out to it.

Iran is in its darkest days of its history and it does seem like any good news is going to come out of that area for a while. Iran has invested its future in its nuclear plants and allegedly they want nuclear power solely for peaceful purposes and Energy. However, every single intelligence agencies around the globe is reporting that it is a weapon program and Iran is simply after Nuclear Bomb. With this nuclear program comes a face who is leading this deadly ambition and that is newly elected President of Iran Dr. Ahmadinejad.

If you want to know about Iran’s ruling government, you need to get to know Dr. Ahmadinejad because it is truly descriptive of Iran’s hidden rulers. The faces that we never see, the names we’ve never heard, but they are the ones who are running the whole picture.

Dr. Ahmadinejad is a true moron. His extremely short and a knowledgeable person fluent in Farsi knows he is completely uneducated. His speech patterns are the type used by illiterate class of Iran.

However, his appearance, height, or knowledge of the language are jokes compare to his evil and murderous backgrounds. He was known as a Guy 1000 Shots or The Blank Shooter. He was in the Revolutionary Guard and he was an active player in Evin Prison that is very well known for its horrendous crimes against political prisoners. He is also linked to massacre of Kurds in Iran and many assassinations of Iranian opposition leaders in Europe.

He has absolutely no sane idea of Economy and foreign policy. He loves attention no matter how bad it is. He loves to pick on sensitive subjects such as holocaust and he is a born anti-Semitic. He picks on those subjects create enemies and through those enemies, he tries unify Iranian citizens that are completely displeased with actions of this Islamic Regime.
His religious beliefs are the scariest of all. This fool is a true believer of Mahdism. Emam Mahdi is the 12th Emam of Shiites and according their beliefs he has disappeared and he will come back to bring peace. This seems like Jewish and Christian belief of Messiah. Regular Iranians and Shiites believe in him and usually they refer to him as peace bringer or symbol of peace. The scary part is that there is a religious minority in Iran who believe that they should start a war against non believers and enemies of G-d in order to bring this guy back. This moron Dr. Ahmadinejad is a true believer such belief and he believes that its target is Israel. He thinks that if he could start a deadly war with Israel, he would be able to bring Mahdi back. One of the evidence supporting such a claim is his recent attempt to pass a law in Iran requiring all religious minority to distinguish themselves in public (it’ll bring memories of Nazi Germany where Jews had to wear the stare of David). The reason he was trying to pass this law is that according to him, Jews and other minorities are not pure and any contact with them would make you impure. He was trying to tell Iranian Parliament that this is the time of Mahdi and the Muslim should be pure for the upcoming return of Mahdi. In another word, he is trying to say that we’re going to get the bomb, and we’re going to use it, and we’re going to bring Emam Mahdi; so let’s be ready for it.

This is the guy who is the president of a nation who soon will be able to acquire a nuclear bomb. It is not a myth, it is not a joke, and it is not a lie. Iran is after nuclear bomb. They love to pick a conflict with Israel and they expressed their desire to wipe it off the map. They are making fool out of the world peace. This government of Iran has invested billions of dollars in global terrorism and a perfect example of it was portrayed in world’s stage in Lebanon. That is a tip of an iceberg; Moron Ahmadinejad has declared in many occasions that they will turn the world into a burning hell if their interests are threatened. That means they are going to resort to violence utilizing terrorist tactics every where they could get their hands on. There are already numerous sleeping cells all over Europe and the U.S waiting for the green light to start their activities.

The world is aware of this problem and they are working toward. However, there are countries such as China or Russian whose interests are not at risk at all. China has nothing to lose in this situation. So what if Israel get wiped off? So what if Hezbollah or Al Qaeda for that matter get their hands on nuclear weapon? When it comes down to it, they will just use the bomb themselves and get rid of them. They are morally retarded in a sense that they are scared of using any sort of weapon if it comes down to it.

Russia on the other hand, acting like an attention whore, is trying to get back to world’s stage and establish itself as a super power again. They got nothing to worry if Iran gets the bomb and to some extend it is in their benefit. It would undermine U.S. authority at the world stage and to some extend weakens the U.S. in the minds of the people. If Israel has to be sacrificed in this matter, big deal! Russian historically has never been beneficial, sympathetic, or friendly to Jews or to Israel. Through out Arab conflict with Jews, Soviet Union always backed Arabs even though they were aware that Arabs were planning to destroy Israel. Today, in their mindset, nothing has changed.

These two countries are going to block any world action against Iran. The U.S. is going to have to go after Iran by itself.
Iran poses a global challenge to world peace. They are not afraid of sharing any type of weapon with terrorist groups around the globe. There is no doubt that Iran will share that nuclear bomb with groups such as Hezbollah and Hamas. It will drag the Middle East into a nuclear bomb. Dr. Ahmadinejad has a big plan for this bomb and it will result in a lot of dead people.

What is going to come out of this situation is unknown. However, what is known is that Iran is going toward destruction if it continues in the path that Dr. Ahmadinejad has taken. It will up to the Iranian citizens to rise up; otherwise expect to see bombs going off in Iran.

Who Won: Israel or Lebanon?

As the two nations are getting ready to rap up the fighting and the history is writting the final chapter of this war, each side is trying to declare victory. However, the question is who really benefited from this war and who actually won?

Simple answer is that NO ONE WON! PEOPLE JUST DIED! SIMPLE! Israel for fact did not come out as the winner of this battle.

Israel might have achieved some partial military goals; however she was not able to destroy Hezbollah as it had promised in the first days of the fighting. What did she achieve? She was able to slam Hezbollah infrastructure and kill more than 500 of them in the fighting. The cost for Israel was not cheap either. It cost her about 150 people (both civilians and soldiers), three helicopters, and about 10 Merkava tanks. Was it really worth all those trouble? Not really; Ehud Olmert did not come out of this war as a decisive leader. He is scared of fighting and the generals are very disappointed in him. Israel had to attack southern Lebanon in the first days of the fighting with full force. They kept worrying about humanitarian issues and kept distributing leaflets before they bomb. However, the positive side is that Hezbollah and Lebanon both know if they cross that border one more time, there will be severe consequences. At the same time, hopefully with this UN Ceasefire deal, the two soldiers should be returned to Israel. At the same time, there will be a buffer zone that will separate Hezbollah and Israel; this will also stop the sporadic attacks on both sides. Israel realized that from now on, they cannot ignore a threat that is developing. At the same time, Israel got an idea what it would be like if she attacks and destroys Iranian Nuclear Facility and what the response would be like form Hezbollah. The answer is that it is not as bad as they thought it would be. To some extend, Israel was testing Hezbollah capability.

Hezbollah on the other hand has rushed to declare victory. However, as we all know it they are not victorious; they were not able to destroy or stop Israel from advancing in their soil. They were able to inflict heavy damages and make it costly for Israel, but it still did not stop Israel from advancing in their soil. Hezbollah won a lot of popularity in the Arab world and especially among Sunnis who have ideological conflict with the Shiite group. A lot of wishful thinkers on the other sides are declaring an alliance between the two sides due to this increase in popularity, but these are all just slogans. Israel has always been the reason for weak and fake alliance between Sunnis and Shiites. Therefore, this time it won’t be any different. This popularity is not going to last long. After this war and when the dust settles, the Lebanon’s public is going to start asking questions about Hezbollah tactics and most likely it is going to result in disarming Hezbollah. The world also is going to pressure Lebanon to disarm Hezbollah. Therefore, this whole popularity gain is more like a mirage. The Sunnis and the Arab world will never trust the Shiite group that is the extended hand of Iran and pursues Iran’s best interests.

What would be the best case scenario in this situation? A peace agreement that will truly end hostility in both sides with secured and peaceful borders! This is a clear case of wishful thinking in my part. However, when you look into history, after Yum Kippur war of 1972 that Egypt and Arab nations were able to inflict heavy losses and damages to Israeli Army, Egypt came to the table and started negotiating that resulted in signing a peace treaty. The reason was because Egypt had got its respect back and proved that they are still powerful and that gave a voice to negotiate during the peace process. The same scenario could be possible in this situation because now Hezbollah and Lebanon could both come out to be powerful and it might assist them to start negotiating with Israel. However for that to happen, Hezbollah must be disarmed or at least force into government and cut the hands of Iran and Syria from Lebanon. Let’s hope that this is the last war between Lebanon and Israel and let’s hope for a long lasting peace for both sides!

The Lessons of Lebanon

As we continue the fight in Lebanon, we lose more soldiers, we have more of our cities being bombarded with Katiyusha Rockets, and we come to ask ourselves: Why? Some Leftist morons answer with, "it's Israel's fault, if they had treated Palestinian differently, it would not have happened" Iran says, "the answer is simple, Israel should be wiped off". Well, personal advice to you from me: shut the hell up! YOU ARE NEXT! I WOULD NOT BE TALKING IF I WERE YOU! On a serious note, it is very simple; Israel ignored the problem for too long. She ignored and ignored and ignored and thought that if you do not deal with it, it will simply go away. Plus, with baby like attitude of the Left in Israel, who would support such action to prevent Hezbollah to gather this much weapons? Why is the "left" such a big problem? In another word, why does the "left" have so much power in Israel? The answer is very simple, because Israel's population has become incredibly consumerist, materialistic, and party animals. Their mentality has become "who gives a fuck?!" Another way of putting it is that they have become "Americanized". This useless culture is like a virus that has infected Israeli youth and public. They have become too greedy and too individualist, yet they have no idea how they are destroying Israel. Hezbollah sees this and they have planned for it. They know Israel needs fast wars, Days or weeks, anything longer than will ensure Israel's defeat. The "left" would immediately appeal to this weakness in Israel and convince Israeli public with a false promise of peace by giving into the demands of Hezbollah. They promise a short term normal life while they have no idea that they are just making Hezbollahs’ knives sharper to cut their throat. However, this war is different. Amazingly, the "left" has stayed quiet for the most part. 95% of Israelis are standing behind the government. There has been only 1 refuse nicks among 35,000 reserves who were called up. This shows that Israel is still very strong. However, Israel should be acting this way everyday and not wait until eight of its children are slaughtered to act this way. If there is a threat or a threat is growing more powerful, remove it!
