Cease Fire

There seems to be a pattern here. Hamas does not want to sign any ceasefire and they are using every excuse in the book. The reason is quite simple: Hamas is benefiting from the war and they are gathering global support. The disgusting fact is that they want heavier casualties on Palestinian side in order to buy themselves more legitimacy and support. They are in a tight position if ceasefire is signed; Egypt is no longer their ally and they recognize the ugly nature of this murderous group. Egyptian public is supporting the government and it means that they will no longer receive weapons. So, they need a “port” to transfer their weaponry and secure their dictatorship. So, Hamas is not interested in ending the hostilities, rather they want to continue this war, so there will be heavier civilian death and they are going to do everything they can to get as many Palestinian killed as possible. They are already using every fraudulent and deceptive acts possible to show higher number of casualties. At the end, it is up to the Palestinians to stand up to this group. I do not see that happening anytime soon.

Egyptian's Funny Message to Obama!

I was not a big fan of Obama and his administration. Notice the word “was”. I am slowly warming up to Obama and his foreign policy. I believe he is learning as time goes on and on. He is getting smarter and abandoning his utopian ideas about the Middle East. I still do believe that a lot of his economic ideas are absolutely disastrous. Being a tax attorney, I am on the front line of witnessing what his administration and government are doing to Business, small or big, in the country. However, I must say what surprises me is the Egyptian protests and their reaction to Americans. I must say this picture made me laugh. Let me stress this fact: I do not believe Obama is firm supporter of Morsi. U.S administration did everything in their power to keep a crucial ally in the region. That is why they supporter the Egyptian military and had diplomatic contacts with Morsi. At the same time, to their credit, they did everything in their power ensure Israel’s security under Morsi. Moris truly HATED Israel. Without a doubt, if it was not for Americans’ interference, Morsi would have ruined the Israel-Egypt peace accords. However, this picture made me laugh. I do not agree with the picture or the message, but I thought it was funny. I must say, the look on the holder’s face should explain that he probably doesn’t believe in the message either. Let me finish with this: until the day that Egyptian society abandon their pure Anti-Semitic views, their country will not find civilized society and advance in the region.

Another Epidsode of Egyptian Anti-Semitisim

Egypt is blowing up! AGAIN! I really do not know what to say about this. However, what caught my attention were the posters that Anti-Morsi protesters were using. They had his picture in the middle of an Israeli flag. They are basically calling him a Zionist Spy or sympathizers. Really? This is your argument? Morsi is a Zionist agent and that is why he is screwing up. Sweet mother of G-d, you VOTED him in, this is your product. NOW LIVE WITH IT! I respect your right to protest, I respect your right to reject a leader, but I cannot respect your opinion when it is based upon hate.

Egyptian masses are by far one of the most Anti-Semitic societies in the region. Their entire culture has invested its values upon blaming Jews and hating of the Jews. Every time their country hit a bump on the road, they look to outside to blame their problems. Personal accountability is never a factor in that region. Egyptian citizens VOTED in masses for Morsi. Muslim Brotherhood decisively won the election. When the Egyptians were faced with the reality of their vote, they decided to reject him. Anybody with double digit IQ would have told you that Muslim Brotherhood primary goal would be to institutionalize Islamic law. The good of the country was not the primary goal. Institutionalizing Islamic Law would entail passing laws that would infringe many legal and human rights that our contemporary civilized society will utilize to create a functioning society.
Perfect examples include women rights and gay rights in the society. When the Egyptian realized that Muslim Brotherhood is simply chasing after its religious obligation rather than Egyptian national interest, they want to change. How do they want to change it? They want to change it by calling Muslim Brotherhood and Morsi Zionist agents. My message to Egyptian: until the day that you promote personal accountability, your leaders will not embrace it, and if your leaders do not embrace it, then your country will never find its path to success. Egypt has to abandon Anti-Semitism, its leaders MUST work on educating its citizens about the horrific effects of Anti-Semitism in the society. Other than that, Egypt will remain the slum of the Middle East.

Iran Silent on Lynching of Shiite Worshipers

First and foremost, I would like to warn you that this clip is very graphic. This clip is lynching mob in Egypt who are murdering a Shiite worshiper. I would like to be on the record, I am not defender of Iran or their religious Shiite imperialistic agendas. Iran is trying to produce a Shiite majority in the region and they do not stop at any cost to push their agendas. If you need direct evidence for this contention, you should look at Syria where Hezbollah and their boss, the Iranian regime, who have murdered 93,000 Muslims. However, this is barbaric. This is unacceptable; this is something that even sub-humans would not do it. Here is the clip.

The interesting part of this is that Iran, a Shiite regime, did not condemn the lynching. They were absolutely silent on the issue. The only Iranian news outlet that reported on this was Fars News Agency. The funniest part: THEY BLAMED THE ZIONISTS! Are you seriously kidding me? The reason for such a move is that Islamic Regime of Iran classified the Egyptian revolt as an “Islamic Awakening”. Well, I am not disagreeing with that view; however this is the direct product of such “Awakening”. At the same time, Iran: YOU ARE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS, NOT THE ZIONIST. Iran and Hezbollah have conducted mass murder of Syrians who are predominantly Sunnis. They are doing it in the name Shiite, so you are responsible for it. Of course, these worthless regimes and movements would NEVER EVER take responsibility for anything. To make it even worst was their silence. They are the defender of Muslims and Shiite as they have proclaimed themselves to be, however when it comes to their own kind, they are just absolutely silent.

I personally condemn this act in every level. I do not care for the fact that they have been pissed off by Iran and Shiites activities in the region. If you are pissed off, go fight them in Syria. Acting like hordes of barbaric animals and murdering an INNOCENT worshiper is never the answer. But in all seriousness, DID YOU EXPECT ANYTHING DIFFERENT? Enjoy your revolution Egyptians!! Remember the fact that you look down on Israelis as sub-humans? Now enjoy your own culture and revolution. I have zero respect for Egypt at this point because every time I look at their culture, media, or anything from Egypt, it is filled with blatant Anti-Semitism toward Jews and Israel. I will never respect that country until they start acting like responsible culture and civilized nation in the region.

Special thanks to "For a democratic secular Iran. For peace and prosperity in the Middle East". I found this story on this blog.

Egyptian Riots Part II

Egypt is erupting again. As I mentioned before in my posts, Egypt has a very long way until it could find stability. Muslim Brotherhood (MB) is high-jacking the revolution just like the Iranian Islamists high-jacked Iranian Revolution. Egyptian opposition is trying to avoid that; however the chances of that happening are very slim if not close to none. The reason is quite simple: Mursi and MB are supported by majority of the Egyptians. There is no question about it. The opposition is trying to portray it otherwise but when it comes to Islam and political freedom, regular Egyptians would choose the religion. It is in their culture and until they live under the Islamic Rule, they will not change that mentality. MB and Mursi lied to Egyptians. They said all the right things before they grasp any power and once they came to power, they started making changes. They created this sorry excuse for a Constitution and they shoved it down the oppositions’ throat. Their main agenda is an Islamic Rule. Islamic Rule, by its true nature, is in direct contradiction to Democracy, individual rights, and of course various freedoms such as Free Speech. An Islamic Court could easily mark anything they do not agree with as blasphemy and hand down executions. If anybody has any doubt or would like to challenge me on this issue, don’t bother. Just look about couple of countries over in the region for a country called Iran. They just executed two people for robbery that did not result in death or sever bodily harm.
MB and Mursi are also connecting with other Islamic countries in the region specifically Iran. It is an uneasy development for the Opposition and of course Israel. Egyptian Opposition is worried because they think MB is going through Iranian Handbook on how to high jack a revolution and removing and killing the opposition with a straight face just like Iranian government did in the early 1980s. Israel is worried because Egypt could simply turn into a supply rout with the support of Egyptian government for terrorist activities in Gaza Strip. Israel desperately needs Egyptian cooperation on this matter.
At the end, Egyptians will be the ultimate victim of MB and their agenda for the region. It could only get worse before it gets better for the Egyptians. However, I honestly doubt that MB or Mursi are about to lose power. Whether they would give-in to Opposition demands and guarantee individual rights, is another story. However, MB and Mursi have Taghieh (which is Islamic Law on lying when it comes to good of Islam) and they could always start lying. Whether they would follow through with fulfilling the promise is another story. So far, they have used Taghieh and they have not fulfilled anything.

Political Maturity Could ONLY be Found in Iran

During these dark times, it is hard to find a voice of reason. It is also very hard to find reason behind something that happened. The biggest irony is that I found the answer I was looking for in a unlikely venue. I have been following the news about the recent Muslims being insulted because someone posted a YouTube video that depicts the Prophet Mohammed in a demeaning fashion. Although I personally do not believe that one should insult another person’s religion especially when it is done in such a malicious way to actually incite religious feelings of millions of people, as an attorney I do not support any movement that would infringe on the 1st Amendment Rights of the United States Constitution. However, the reaction from the Muslim world has been nothing short of barbarianism. Chocking the U.S diplomat to death and then dragging his lifeless body in the streets is absolute barbarianism. It lacks reasoning and logics in every angel that you look at it. Of course, many of the countries in that part of the world are not too friendly with logics and reasoning. They are driven by something metaphysical reasoning that involves either religion and/or conspiracy theory. It is always Americans or Zionists’ faults. I will not go into detail to characterize what happened because the pictures simply speak for itself.

However, I found something that blew my mind away. I actually found it in BBC Farsi on the discussion board. If you want to find mental maturity, you need to read that forum. I am truly proud of how sophisticated and intelligent these comments are when it came to their response to the situation in the Muslim countries. Keep in mind, these guys are Iranians and they are Muslims and they live under a so-called Islamic Regime. There was one particular answer that shocked me. The answer said,

Have you paid attention that these protests happen in backward and dictatorship countries do you know why? It is because these people think in U.S, just like their totalitarian country, makers of a film must first get permit for making the film from the government. After making the film they should go to ‘ministry of education’ to get permission to show the film, and then finally publishing the film. Then they tell themselves “why did this movie get permits to be shown?” They really do not know that the U.S is not like their country where the totalitarian government would even control their sleeping rooms. They make fun of all religions and not just Islam”

This answer nailed it to the bone. Honestly, I have not found a better answer than this anywhere. I have seen a lot of stupid responses from both sides such as “this is a chance for these masses to show their discontent with the U.S foreign policy.” This is was the typical Leftists response that blamed the U.S for everything and it almost made me puke. I believe this Hamed guy nailed it. These people are raised under an environment that everything is controlled by either religion or government. Islam in itself is like that. Look at Islam at its core, Prophet Mohammed was the leader of the religion, leader of the country, leader of the armed forces, and his way of life should dictate how every Muslim SHOULD AND MUST live their lives. As you could see, everything is controlled. Freedom and Free Speech is simply a foreign concept for these people at this point. These regions do not have the political maturity.
It takes years for these countries to abandon this train of thoughts and the only way that could happen is when the concept of “Separation of Church and State” is implemented in the countries in the region. For the time being, do not be shocked to see more similar pictures in the near or distant future.

Let me reiterate this point again: I am truly proud of these Iranians and their political maturity. Majority of the posts were filled knowledge and sophistication. In my opinion, besides Israel, Iran is the only country that has the mental maturity to support a true democracy. The comments were so intelligent and so sophisticated that they could even put a college professor in this country to shame. Kudos to these Iranians.

15 Egyptian Police Dead: Direct Result of Propaganda

Israel is watching the South more than they are watching West Bank these days. For years, Egyptian government under Mobarak allowed anti-Israeli propaganda to pollute their airwaves to hide the short coming of the government. So, the end result ended up being a population of brained-washed terrorists-apologists. It ended up planting the seeds of hatred in the minds of its population. I have heard couple of their arguments and they are truly far from any sort of legitimate and reasonable argument. Anti-Semitism and Holocaust Denying is an accepted fact in the hearts and minds of these Egyptians and now they have turned into hateful masses. However, having this kind of population is hurting nobody except Egyptians themselves.

Today in Egypt, 15 Egyptian police were murdered. Hybrid efforts by IDF and Israeli Air Force were able to quickly and efficiently suppress the attack and kill the terrorists who were able to infiltrate Israel for a brief period of time. Israel will always have enemies who are sworn to wipe this Jewish State off the map. There is no question about it. However, what troubles me is the fact that they are willing to murder their own people, in such high numbers, just to be able to kidnap one Israeli soldier. How pathetic is your country and your culture that acts like these are not condemn by every single Muslim religious leader?

I remember when Egypt was going through its transition from Mubarak to the current regime; the Leftists Wackos and Pro-Palestinian Camp were celebrating the fact that the masses were flying Palestinian Flags in their protests. They were celebrating the fact that Egypt, a regional partner in peace with Israel, is actually changing its government and they were hoping to have a government that would be against Israel. Now they got their wish and yes Muslim Brotherhood under Mursi has come to power. However, did it really help Egypt? Did it truly help Egyptians to achieve higher standard of living? Did it assist Egypt as a nation to become a better place? Nope, the end result is 15 of its own police officers are murdered.

This is what happens when you plant seeds of hatred for political gain. This is exactly what happens when you try to divert the attention by blaming a foreign entity for your own internal problem. The end results will be disasters for the citizens of that nation. It is the citizens of that nation who should acquire the mental maturity to stand up to these propagandas. Situation in Egypt and the blatant Anti-Semitism and Anti-Israel are the product of recent years. It is the direct result of years of propaganda that has destroyed any relationship between reality and Egyptian views toward Israel. It will take years to repair the damage that has been done. It will create some headache for Israeli leaders and Israel as a nation; however, the end results will be disastrous for the Egypt as the country and Egyptian as the citizens of that country. Egyptians will be the one who would suffer the disastrous consequences. Events like what happened today will not be the first or the last ones. It is just the beginning of it. I am dying to know how Mursy would respond to the attack.

At the end, I applaud the Egyptian security services and their efforts in securing the border. Those Egyptian Police were innocent police officers who were doing nothing but their job which was securing a sovereign border. They were murdered in an act that was targeted to hurt the Jewish nation and Israel should mourn their death. I send my condolences to the families of the victims and let them know that they are in our hearts and prayers.

Muslim Brotherhood Wins Egyptian Election

Egypt is getting more interesting. So, Muslim Brotherhood did win the election. At the same time, they have done the right thing so far which is respecting all international accords that the previous regime has signed. I just hope that it is not another Taghieh (Islamic Law that allows its leaders to deceive in order to uphold and promote Islamic values and/or win battles for Islam). The international community has congratulated the new President. However, the work is not done yet. Military had a sweeping power grab almost a week ago and we need to see how that would affect the future Egyptian government. Anyways, it is another beautiful Sunday and I am at work again. So I decided to post another cartoon. This cartoon made me laugh and I thought I would post it for others.

The Stupidity of Left about Egypt!

Egypt is getting more interesting. The Left is screaming that U.S and Israel are destroying democracy in Egypt through court systems. They claim that U.S is pressuring Egypt. Well, U.S is giving Egypt more than Two-Billion Dollars. Why would U.S pay this country when they are electing a group of people who are going to act in opposite direction U.S national interest? Why would you pay someone when they are going to hurt your own interest? Why would U.S want to contribute to a country who elect a group of people who have no respect for minority rights, women rights, gay rights, and of course are itching to destabilize the region? Yes! Muslim Brotherhood will literally deliver all that and of course U.S and Israel are not going to sit quietly. One look at Egypt and it will bring back the memories from the Iranian Revolution.
Now the Left is crying for Egypt and the fact that they canceling the elections. Election results have been announced yet and the Islamist are declaring themselves as winners. In the beginning, they said that they are not going to get involved in the election process. Then they got involved and now they are calling themselves the winners. How honest of this group? Sooner or later, they are going start killing because they feel that the election was stolen from them. If the Islamists win the election, they are going to start killing too and remove the opposition from the picture. They are also going to pass law limiting individual and minority rights and then set themselves as the rulers. Then the Left is going to cry: “these groups who have nothing to do with Islam STOLE the Revolution” just like the way they did about Iran. Left never took responsibility for what happened in Iran.
Either way, if you would like to know what will happen in Egypt, go to BBC.com, go to the Farsi section, and read some of the comments that Iranians are writing regarding the situation in Egypt. They are all warning Egypt not to allow Islamist to take control. At the end, I am amused with the Left and their stupid position. Do they ever learn from history? How could they justify groups such as Muslim Brotherhood? What do they expect from this group? They really think nothing is going to change in Egypt?
My position: let Egypt become Islamist. It is the process that they have to go through and get ready for WAR. Egyptians have to be held responsible for their stupidity and uneducated outbursts. I have read a lot of material from these protesters and one sound crazier than the other one. It is time to give these people what they want and hold them accountable. Hey you want to destroy the peace with Israel: no problem we will simply take back Sinai. We will also cut the U.S aid and you could have lovy dovy relationship with Iran. Ultimately, just like Iranians who deplore this regime, they will get a dose of reality check. Egypt needs this “reality check” and the dose of “political matureness”. Egyptians are politically immature at this point. They are going to vote based on religion and based on a belief that religion will solve their problems. They have no idea that it is going to put them in more trouble.
My message for U.S is to stop meddling in Egyptian Election Process if they actually are doing what the Left is accusing them of doing. The reason is very simple: it is a dangerous game. Cut the aid to this country and tell them that they need to mature up as a country in order to be welcomed in the political arena. Get ready for military show down just in case the Islamists become stupid enough to wage war and/or cancel the peace treaty with Israel. That is the only thing that could work in this process. Egyptians at this point hate Israel and they will also blame U.S for their shortcomings. U.S and Israel do not want to be involved in this process.

Hostage Taking Islamic Style!

What!!!! Allow me to read this again and comprehend it right. Taliban has said that they are not going to allow Polio Vaccination in their territory until the Drone attacks stop.

PESHAWAR, Pakistan - A Taliban commander in Pakistan’s tribal belt has banned a vaccination campaign against child polio in protest over frequent United States drone attacks there. Hafiz Gul Bahadur said that the U.S.-funded vaccinations for tens of thousands of children would be outlawed until drone attacks stopped.

So, let me get this straight: are they taking their own people hostage?! I mean I understand the whole idea of taking a nation hostage when it comes to dictators. However, no body has ever done it so blatantly and openly. They are saying, “looks back off or else I’ll screw my own people!” This truly shows that these people are not really motivated by the well-being of their citizens or country. Rather, it has to do with religion. This sort of mentality is not unique to this region either. Iranian government, Palestinian terrorists, Iraqi Terrorists, and many other Islamic terrorist have the same mentality. They have zero values for a human life and that also include their own citizens.
That is by far the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Hey Egypt: since you are in love with “Muslim Brotherhood”, look at these guys in Pakistan and Afghanistan. You really are not far from this kind of stupidity. You are definitely going down the same path as these guys.

The Path to Democracy in Egypt

Egypt is a mess. It took only 18 days to get rid of Mubarak. It has taken a year and a half to basically clean up the mess. The fact of the matter is that people are freaking out over Egypt because they believe that Egypt is going down. Of course Egypt is going down. This is what revolutions do to countries. However, this is part of the natural process of developing as a nation. The revolutions do not happen overnight and boom the next day everything is perfect. It is going to take a lot of work to get rid of the old system and put in a new system. It is going to take a lot of time to allow the citizens of that country to mature as responsible citizens and put away their selfish agendas.
The Muslim Brotherhood is the biggest problem in this picture. However, even though they might appear as the problem, they are still part of this process in Egypt. If the people are voting for them, Muslim Brotherhood should be allowed to take over the power. That is if they are being candid during the election and AFTER the election. During or before the election, it is very easy to make promises. Let them make those promises and let see if they could fulfill those promises. Then the Egyptians should hold them accountable. At the same time, the citizens will learn the cost of their actions. That means the Egyptians would quickly realize that for there are consequences for their actions. If Muslim Brotherhood would like to cancel the peace treaty with Israel, they should be allowed to do that if the Egyptians are going to vote for this party. The consequence should also be that Israel must take back Sinai that they turned over to Egypt when the peace treaty was signed. If you are not going to uphold the contract, therefore the contract is void. It is a very simple fact.
In conclusion, I really disagree with the Egyptian court by dismantling the parliament in Egypt. This is going to create more chaos and anarchy. Things in Egypt might not appear to be pleasant for a lot of morons on the Left who thought that Arab Springs is going to rescue Egypt and they are going to have a full blown Western style democracy. Hah! Sorry, it is going to take a bit longer than that. Let’s just say in another 30-40 years, there might a light at the end of the tunnel.

The Fight for Israel is the Fight for Humanity

I read an article in Ynetnews.org and I must say I was very impressed. However, what caught my attention is this:
If a Jewish, democratic state is inherently discriminatory, indeed "racist," those who oppose it can be honored as "freedom fighters." If Israel "steals Arab lands," then those who struggle to regain what is rightfully theirs are reasonable. If Israeli settlements are "illegal," it is a crime that should be punished. This ugly portrait of Israel is intentional, one that has no descriptive shades, no positive images, or perspective. It is one-dimensional evil.
The power of propaganda is that it lacks critical thinking, the essence of brainwashing. Delegitimizing Israel, therefore, needs to be reconsidered not only as an informational problem, but as a philosophical issue.
For the first time in history, Christian and Muslim Jew-hatred, liberals, anarchists, fascists and communists, dictators and presidents have merged into a formidable coalition against Israel, an international, multi-faceted onslaught to bring Israel to its knees.

Propaganda lacks Critical Thinking:

For many years, I have been screaming that Palestinian Cause has been nothing but propaganda. When you are dealing with propaganda, it lacks critical thinking as this article mentions. Once it lacks critical thinking, you see many questionable stories of what is presented as “facts” to back their arguments. The perfect way of getting around is by making over-generalizing arguments such as “Gazans are starving” or “it is an open-air prisoner” or “Israel is a stolen land”. Once this kind of arguments is being made, it legitimizes the total destruction of Israel as an country and ultimately the brutal murder or removal of its people. Then my question is this: how would these people even support peace when they are resorting to deceits, lies, and propaganda to form an argument against a party to a negotiation process?! How does the “Shalom Akhshov (Peace Now)” or “Betzlem” legitimize their actions through being “pro-peace”? Plus, why would Israel even negotiate with such school of mind when the ultimate goal of your opposing party is your total destruction?! There is no answer to this question.
The lack of critical thinking in a “cause” or “method of thinking” is what would destroy a nation that is supporting such cause. History is perfect example of it and this region is the prime example of it. From Palestinian territories to Iran’s ruling regime to Egypt’s newly formed government, they have abandoned critical thinking and their living standards, their economy, their cultural progress, and many other aspect of their society are taking hits or been installed as the result of such disastrous move. Egypt is only beginning to walk down that path which is a government that lacks critical thinking. I cannot wait to see what happens to it.
Israel on the other hand has always kept open the critical thinking process. It has been done by guaranteeing the basic freedoms and protecting them by any means necessary. That is why Israel is THE ONLY FLOURISHING DEMOCRACY IN THE REGION!

Formidable alliance between Dictators, Faschists, Communists, Islamist...

As you go through that list, you could see who would jump on the Pro-Palestinian band wagon. They have one thing in common which is the “critical thinking” aspect of it. Many of these groups including “Islamist” are fierce enemies of “Critical Thinking”. Even the adversaries of “peace” have abandoned such thinking. Israel is not only protecting itself in this battle against these groups, Israel is the actual front line against dictator, fascists, communists, and people who lack of “critical thinking” and wants to remove it from the society by making claims that they are the ones who hold the “ultimate truth”. They are the one who are arguing that “look my ways is the truth of reality and if you deny it, you question it through ‘critical thinking’, you are denying the truth and therefore you have committed a crime.” This is the path to dictatorship and Middle-Ages mentality. Israel’s fight is not only to protect itself, rather than it is the fight for humanity. This is the ultimate fight of “good v. evil”. As history has proven it, good will always overcomes evil.
For the majority of the anti-Israel camp, most of these ideologies have been either destroyed, taken huge blows, and/or they are on their decline. The fight for Israel or to destroy Israel is a way for these groups to legitimize or revitalizing these bankrupt schools of thoughts by tapping into the old global anti-Semitism. They need to do this in order to buy support for their dying causes who are nothing but frauds or they are at their deathbeds. Israel will be victorious in this battle. There is no question about it, however, the question who wants to be on the right side of the history here.

BBC’s Blatant Anti-Israel Bias

Today Israel took a hard hit. Of course, it is too early to say what exactly happened and how it did happen. However, this sort of acts should not happen. It is easy for some right wingers to say let’s hit Egypt, bla bla bla. However, this is exactly what the terrorists want: Israel attacking Egypt. I am not going into detail with regards to this matter. However, what shocked me was the stupidity of BBC and their blatant Anti-Israel rhetoric. Israel is the victim here, Israel was attacked, Israelis were murdered and this is the article they first had on the front page of BBC.com. This picture is showing a Palestinian man sitting down in tears and in grievance. Who he is sad for: the terrorist leader of PRC that Israel killed hours after the terrorist attack in Israel. To make matters even worst, the headline reads: Israel Pounds Gaza. Seriously?! Well, if this does not proof the Anti-Israel biased in BBC, I really do not know what else do. This is nothing new. Once again, BBC has chosen to show its ugly biased though this subliminal use of words and picture to buy sympathy for the fraudulent cause of these terrorists.
Let me know what you think of this.

The Joke of the Day: Saudi Arabia Teaching Syria about Human Rights

Seriously, is there any region funnier than Middle East when it comes to politics? I swear, “Arab Spring” has turned into my daily entertainment and a way of distract myself from Eighty Hour work week. The latest joke of the “Arab Spring” is Saudi Arabia. The land of barbarians and the true signature of backwardness of globe, Saudi Arab, who still cuts-off hands and treats women like dirt through systematic and institutionalized backward laws, has condemned Syrian actions in the region. Holy Cow!! Seriously King Abdullah, if I were you, I would sit in a corner and not make a peak. Anybody should talk except you!! Your country, your laws, your whole culture is epidomy of backwardness and human rights violations. Please, who are you to tell Syria what to do and not to do!? I hate Syrian regimes with passion and everything it stands for; I hate Assad and there is no question about it. At the same time, the news that is coming out of Hama is absolutely deplorable. However, I cannot stand on the side and watch King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia condemning Syrian regime’s action when Saudi Arabia is a lot worse than Syria.
I must say, the Middle East and its politics are incredibly humorous. However, time after time, nation after nation, groups after groups, as “Arab Spring” is unfolding; it shows how hypocritical these regimes and ideologies has been with regards to Israel. These regimes are absolutely murdering their citizens, they are killing them like there is no tomorrow, but for years the world was condemning Israel for defending herself against terrorist groups in the region. The funny part is the reaction of terrorist groups and their supporting government. Iranian government reaction has been the most entertaining to watch. They called Syrians protesters “Kharabkar” which means “terrorist” in Farsi. If that is not enough, they went ahead and called Bahrain’s protesters: “heroes”. There is one difference here, Bahrain protesters were getting supports from Iranian agents in the country and they were Shias. Very long and complicated story short, it is a joke and nobody and I mean nobody looks better than Israel in the region with regards to respect for its citizens and human rights value. The reason is very simple; these governments were only simply using the Palestinian and their cause as a tool to justify their positions and their backwardness at the world stage. Now, I wonder, on September, how will the U.N. welcome and justify creating another country who will be far worse than any of the nations that we are seeing? I mean, look through their history and how Hamas and Fattah murdered each other.
At the end, it is still too early to say what would “come out” of the “Arab Spring”. So far, it is been a joke and with no real progress on any ends. Egypt is a mess that is turning into an Islamic mess. Tunisia is also dealing with Islamic movements and the liberals are finding it difficult to fight them off. Libya is the most glorious one and it seems there is no end in sight for the time being. Syria is not moving ahead either and the only thing we are witnessing is sectarian warfare and I think it will end with Assad being stronger than ever. I would be surprised if Syrian Protesters could become victorious in terms of removing Assad from power.
Let me know what you think and whether you could see any hope for the region.

Protest in Egypt for “Islamic” Government

Today, there was a “unity” rally in Egypt. Of course, this rally was more like Islamisation and invitation to convert Egyptian Government into an Islamic government. Seriously: IS ANYBODY SURPRISED? Oh yeah, Obama, good job on forcing Mubarak to leave. Except one issue, you forgot to ask the same thing and apply the same pressure to other Arab countries such as Yemen and Syria. Arab Spring is ready to turn into a hot Islamic Summer. Of course, there is nothing wrong with an Islamic style government except take a good look at Iran, Saudi Arab, or Gaza Strip and the level of democracy that is being implemented by these Islamic Rules. The question is whether the military will turn back the clock into Mubarak times and start clamping down or allow democracy to take roots and allow these groups to come to power. Either way, the story is not going too well. Oh yeah, ElBaradei, enjoy your achievements because it smells like 1979 in Iran where the Mullahs highjacked the Revolution and turned it into an Islamic Revolution and you said it would not happen. Well, the quote "I told you so" comes to mind. Here is an article from NY Times with regards to the “Unity Protest”.

Hypocrisy of Pro-Palestinian Thirst for Freedom

As I am following the Arab Springs, I am very reluctant to invest any hope in any of the movements. I try to follow it and learn from it and use history to find glimpse of hope in the mist of such movements. One thing that I have learned is that this movement is way too chaotic across the region to be able to categorize them in a single description. For example, nobody could come out and say that these movements are Islamic, or they are secular, or they are pro-Palestinian, or pro-Western. It is too chaotic for one to even predict what will happen in the near future or even plan for it. However, the tales that are coming from these movements tends to have the similar theme to it.
Arab Spring has provided the key players in the region with a chaotic environment that permit these players to play their hands. From Iran to Al-Qaeda to Hezbollah to Palestinian Movements, they are desperately trying to somehow create an environment that serves their best interest. At the same time, some of these players are desperately trying to rescue their allies in the region. This is where hypocrisy of the pro-Palestinian movements and its supporter has shined that would stupefy an unbiased viewer.
Syrian Army is committing horrendous crimes against humanity. They are openly and vindictively massacring the anti-Government supporters. Click here for the article in Time Magazine that describes some of these atrocities. What do we see from the Arab world and the supporter of the pro-Palestinian movements? NOTHING! Absolute silence! Not a word! To add to the wound, the U.N. who will pass libraries of resolutions condemning Israel for “Excessive Force” if a terrorist suffers a scratch during an act of terrorism against Israel’s civilian population, has been fairly quiet.
The hypocrisy takes a much better turn. Iranian government who has been actively involved in many of the anti-government movements in the region and openly supports and/or funds these movements, has chosen to describe the Syrian Opposition as “kharabkar” which basically means terrorists. Iran has been actively involved in Bahrain and Egypt. In Bahrain, there are stacks of documents proving Iranian involvement in the movement and Islamisation of the movements. Yet, when it comes to Syria, whose government is far worse than Bahrain with regards to oppression of its people, they have been absolutely silent.
Now let’s go a step forward, if being silent about the Syrian movement and characterizing them as “terrorist” is not enough, they are actively involved in suppression of these movements in Syria. Of course, the Iranian government and its leaders are experts at suppressing movements and they are handing out expert advice as to how to murder these protesters and defusing their movements. Iranian government has a spectacular track record when it comes to murdering and destroying democratic movements. There are many evidences that show that many acts that Syrian governments are committing are coming directly from Tehran. One example of it is not allowing funeral services taking place for the soldiers who were shot by the Syrian Army. Another example is when the person heard the agent not speaking a word of Arabic.
A lot of the pro-Palestinian mouthpiece in this corner of the world will try to classify these evidences as mythical tales. However, one aspect of this movement that gives support to these claims is Hezbollah’s behavior. The Coward leader of Hezbollah, Nasrallah, who has been in hiding since 2006, openly supported the Egyptian movement against Mubarak. At the same time, he openly supports Syrian’s government who is far more barbaric toward the protesters than any other regime with exception of Libyan government. Nasrallah even went further to support and praise Assad as a ruler of Syria. This sort of acts directly proves that Iran and its Bitch (a.k.a. Hezbollah) are actively supporting Assad’s massacring of the protesters. Hezbollah and Iran are not just quiet supporters and if history has taught us anything, it would show that these two agents will directly get involved to support their interest.
So at the end, so much for Freedom and Human Rights!!! Pro-Palestinian groups are mute, the U.N is quiet, and Hezbollah and Iran are actively working to destroy the Syrian Anti-Government movements. One might ask, Why? What difference does Syria make for Palestinians? The answer has to do with Hezbollah and its enemy Israel. Syria is a direct supporter of Hezbollah and provides this terrorist group with supply lines of Arms that are purchased by Iranian money for this group. The rout is pretty direct: Iran buys and produce these weapons, ship them to Syria, and from Syria they are delivered to South Lebanon and Hezbollah. These so called Pro-Palestinian groups hate Israel so much and with so much passion that they will sacrifice anything and anybody to achieve their goal which is ultimately the destruction of this Jewish State. Human Rights and Freedom is only an excuse or justification. These groups are fueled by hatred. This is the good old anti-Semitism that we see in action in today’s world.
These Pro-Palestinian groups were sitting quietly when Iranian protesters were being raped and murdered back in 2009. These same groups are still sitting quietly as Syrian government is repeating the same crimes against its own citizens. The level of barbarianism involved in this region in terms of suppressing these movements is beyond anything our civil society could even begin to imagine, yet stupid groups such as Coldplay is busy making stupid songs against Israel. The Arab Spring proved one thing at the end and that is the level of Morality the Israeli Army and Israeli Government has shown in terms of dealing with not just regular protesters who are asking for democracy and/or freedom, rather group of people who are sworn to destroy and massacre its population. The Western world is too blind with its inherited Anti-Semitism to realize appreciate this level of morality and self-control that Israel has utilized throughout history to deal with its enemies. However, sooner or later, the Arab public will see the difference.
At the end, nobody knows what will happen in Syria. Most likely thousands will be massacred and then the protesters will vanish. This is the Middle East Dictators’ Playbook. Then another war with Israel might pop out or we have this stupid U.N Recognition of Palestine that will be utilized by these ruthless regimes to distract their publics. All I could say is this that my thoughts and prayers are with those Syrian Protesters.

Egypt: The of Embarrassment for Iran

Lately, I have been very disinterested about politics. I do not understand why, but this should be one of the most interesting times in politics and Middle Eastern affairs. Maybe it is work that is killing any interest I have in other areas besides Tax Law. However, as I am browsing through the News and the history unfolding in the Middle East, I cannot ignore the events that are taking place in Egypt. Honestly, it is very hard to predict what will happen in Egypt. Some people are worried about Muslim Brotherhood taking over Egypt like Khomeini did in Iran or Hezbollah did in Lebanon not too long ago. We really cannot foretell what will happen. However, no matter what happens, it will not be as bad some people say it would be for the region especially for Israel. However, as I am looking at the events in Egypt, I cannot fail to be truly embarrassed and ashamed of where I was born.
The reason that I am ashamed is that there is this rivalry between Persians and Arabs. Persians always classify Arabs as barbarians. They pride their cultures to be more superior and more civilized than Arab culture. Arabs on the other hand always classify Persians to be not truly Muslim. They call them fire worshipers and stuff like that. However, Iranians always held themselves to be more civilized than Arabs. The embarrassing part is the way Arab government of Egypt dealt with their protesters compared to Iranian government dealing with Green Revolution. Although people have been killed during the protest in Egypt, however the level of cruelty that you witnessed during the Iranian’s crack down on Green Movement is incomparable by all standards to the protests in Egypt. I believe that it is safe to claim that Egyptian Army along with Egyptian authorities dealt with the protesters with some level of civility despite all the threats thrown out by the protesters. One of these threats was the claim by the protesters that they would take over the Presidential Palace and physically force Mubarak out of power.
What we witnessed in Iran was just absolutely cruel. During and after the protests, protesters started missing. The leaders of the Green Movements started vanishing and being jailed. There are numerous claims of young protesters, including both sexes, of being raped the Iranian authorities while being captive. Many people are still missing. Even during the protest, we witnessed cars running people down and killing them. Who could forget what happened to Neda?
Egyptian protests have been fairly more successful than Iranian protests. The reason for that is Iranian government agents are less likely to have mercy on their people than Egyptian authorities. In another words, Iranian Police are more ruthless than the Egyptian authorities. The Egyptian Army has held back from harsh crack down as oppose to Iranian authorities and paramilitary groups who absolutely devastated the Iranian citizens through heinous crimes committed against these protesters.
There could be one reason to explain such a difference. I know it is very wrong to point this out and of course nobody will want to go there, but one way to explain this difference in level of cruelty is the RELIGION OF PEACE. Iranian agents are motivated by “Islam”. Of course, the leaders’ motivation is also holding on to power for personal gain and they are profit driven. However, once you have higher authority, higher than human rights on your side, you could pretty much justify any crime in the name of religion and specifically in this case “Islam”. Using that name and justifying their acts in the name of Allah and Islam gives them higher level of cruelty because all they could do is branding someone as Enemy of Allah or Kafer and therefore he deserves to die. Egyptian military and authorities for the most part are more secular. They really do not have that many options to justify their actions. Iranian agents on the other hands hold themselves to be Hezbollah or to translate “Party of G-d”. They view themselves agents who protect Islam and therefore they should not be held accountable for their actions.
In this matter, one could blame Islam as a religion. However, this problem should not be taken as a way to channel hatred. The problem lies within allowing religion to take control of the government. The separation of Church and State is the issue here that Egyptian protesters should pay a close attention to for their future government. One could look at Iran and learn that unless there is a clear separation of Religion and Government, all their efforts today is futile. The next government will not be as civilized as the current government when it comes to crack down if the government is an Islamic government or secular government with Islamic tendencies. In that case, just like Iran, they would have a higher authority behind their cruel agenda and that means they do not have to be held accountable for their actions.
But today, you cannot fail to be ashamed as an Iranian when you compare the two movements and see the Iranian government treatment of its citizens. Iranians should really reevaluate everything in their culture, politics, religion, and other social issues to find an answer for why their movement was not as successful as Arab movements in the region.
